I like the breakfast than anything else. Also, I like room and location

Parking was very difficult. I understand the hotel don't provide free parking, but it's the responsibility of the hotel to provide information about cheap public parking near the hotel. If you stay for more than two days the hotel parking rate is $55 or $65 per day and that's very expensive. Fortunately, I got nearby public parking for around $26 per day.

The early check in fee. If the room is ready early, the customer should not be penalized. I have never been charged for a room that is ready. It is not customer friendly to have the bags checked and held at desk when the room is ready for occupancy.

Breakfast was good and hot with variety of options daily.

Would be nice to have bottled water.

The breakfast was amazing. The omelettes altough not made to order where very tasty. Lots of meal options and plenty of space. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was very good near to the river and lots of restaurants. The pool is clean and the terrace nice.

The new policy of cleaning service per request at least 24 hrs in advance is nonsense. For a 2 night stay once you figure out is already too late to request and you need to accomodate until your check-out in a not so clean environment. I would expecy the rates to go down if they are not offering cleaning service as it used to. Only for this reason I did not rate 10/10.

The rooms were clean, and had plenty of space. We arrived early, and the front desk was happy to store our luggage, so we could enjoy the morning before our room was ready. The hotel is located just a few blocks from Michigan Ave. Perfect for our walking tours, great for reaching our City Pass destinations. Plenty of restaurant options, including Pizza Uno, our favorite deep dish pizza! To start our day, a fabulous buffet breakfast was available at no charge each morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location was fabulous. I wish for breakfast you did more plain scrambled eggs.....the pre made omelettes didn't work for my diet. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

I think its a joke when people fly all night to get to Chicago and have a kid with them to get early check in on the day I'm suppose to check in a fee is ridiculous. The room was clean so who cares if its 7am check in or 4pm check in ....no one else is using the room. I've traveled a lot and have never had a hotel charge me extra to check in early....so because of that I probably would find another hotel in the same area next time. I had told the front desk my son and I hadn't slept yet.

The property was close to everything we needed and the area that it was in was safe and clean. We really enjoyed our walks to and from Michigan Avenue. The hotel itself was t anything fancy, but it was super clean. The facility was well stocked and the staff was friendly. We didn’t have any issues.

I wasn’t thrilled with having to pay a fee to check in early, but they were at least clear about the fact that they charge a fee for early check in.

We LOVED our stay and everything about the hotel. The staff was exceptional. Porsche at the front desk went above and beyond for our son and is simple wonderful! Beyond professional in ways she didn’t have to be to accommodate a quest. She became a friend! The hotel is close by most everything and walking distance to most things. Everything exceeded expectations!

Nothing-everything was great!

Breakfast each morning was really good with many choices. Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Room temperature was not consistent, the room didn't get cleaned 5th day and it was sometimes difficult to get service such as toilet paper and trash removal. The terrace is a nice spot to relax away from your room and blocking the alley from view made it seem like you were at home.

As mentioned above, getting room cleaned after 4 days as posted and getting service for essentials

Location in downtown - few minutes to Navy Pier, Millenium Park, River Walk... Valet parking with possibility to drive in/drive out few times a day. We had corner room with two queen beds with kitchen corner and sofa, it was spacious and there was a lot of daylight.

The room in 3rd floor - noise from Fire station, bad air conditioning, there was issue with leak from Dishwasher. After we moved to higher floor (6th) it was all perfect. Be sure to have higher floor (5+). Breakfast is poor, but seems it is standard in US in comparison to European hotels.
