The location was great with a beautiful view of the lake and Navy Pier. The room was so spacious and clean.

They charged us 20$ each day for "Urban Experience" which didn't make sense. We were told that it was for Internet and amenity that we were not even told when we checked in. Most of the time the Internet is included to the reservation.

The staff is very nice at reception. Very polite, kind and smiling. I have nothing more to asked for reseptionists.

At 9:30am the door bell rang and the room keeping person wanted to clean the room. And again at 11pm the person did it again. The check out time was at noon and I was paying for it. So I think it was very bad.

Wow - booked a room with a lake view and wasdn't disappointed. The room was spacious , comfortable, quiet - loved my stay here. I hope to return!

As a tea drinking English person some small milk cartons in the room rather than creamer would have been welcome.

Shower. Unable to position shower head so that one could prevent water from leaking onto floor, or to comfortably lather and then rinse. The rain shower head has a wide spray, in a very little space.

Across from the Riverwalk, close to downtown, close to theater district, easy access to the “L”, and professional and helpful staff. This is our second time staying here.

Everything good but there was somekind of resort fee charged which I was not informed of when I checked in. This fee included some rhings I could have used during the stay. I complained about this and they removed it from the bill.

I know they are not affiliated but had a concerning experience at the Palm bar. The bar staff only offers you their happy hour menu upon request. We found another patron telling us that they will charge you full price for all drinks on the happy hour menu unless you ask for the menu and hold them accountable to it. Shady practice to inflate bill for higher tip IMO by withholding the happy hour menu. Think it was 4:30-7 Fri - Sun. Food and drinks were great though other than this experience.

It's not the cheapest option

The hotel has many amenities like a gym, bar and restaurant. It even had a convenient store at reception which came in handy. You can also have the option not for the cleaners to clean the room and you do it yourself and save $10 per night.

You need to take a walk to the main road to catch a train or bus. As this is a high end hotel, they promote taxi's. There is a mini fridge and items to purchase in the room. For the price you pay, I would expect free bottled water at least. However they do provide you with coffee in the room. I would only stay here again if I wanted bells and whistles.

Such a beautiful room and view. Bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was so helpful and welcoming. We never get our rooms cleaned during our stay since I keep it tidy and we don’t like staff going through our stuff, and we found out every day we didn’t get the room cleaned was $10 off for snacks or dinner at the Palm or drinks at the bar, so we basically got $70 (7 nights) worth of free stuff. Really enjoyed our stay
