Good location. Helpful and friendly staff.

Very nice rooms but I didn’t like the bathroom door not really closing though it seems there is room for it to… not much privacy with the one they have… wish they had a little more space around the sinks I couldn’t even put a toothbrush on it very easy without it sliding into sink… would be nice to have a shelf or something to help put daily used items… could hear tracffic and ppl in hall but we went to bed late(12-1am) and usually was pretty quieter by then…

Great price for the location. Read reviews before you book it to not be surprised. Room is small but big enough if you're just spending one or two nights in Chicago. It's very clean which is important to me. Had everything we needed. Staff was very helpful and nice. If you're driving there's a parking on the other side of the street. It says $57 for the night but ask staff at the hotel and they'll give you a discount so you'll pay only $30 per night/24 h which is a good deal for downtown Chicago...

The heating/ AC didn't work properly on the first night, we couldn't adjust the temperature and was loud at night but once we asked staff for help they fixed it and second night there was no issue with it.

check in and out was simple…room was comfortable..breakfast was okay there was plenty of food served.. close to shopping..

the fan running when I first got in the room it was freezing me…construction outside I had to walk around it in the street to get to motel

Wonderful location. I really liked the toiletries provided, they smelled great. The LED mirror was very fancy.

The room was pretty small, kept running into my boyfriends foot as I walked passed the end of the bed.

The location was phenomenal; easy to get to from the CTA, perfect base of operations for exploring downtown as well as venturing out on the Red Line to see friends and sites a bit further out. The room was totally fine - nothing extraordinary, nothing bad. It was clean, comfortable, and functional. It was perfect for a base of operations.

There are 2 elevators shared for all guests and staff, and the waits *from your room floor* could get pretty long. Not a big deal, we were on floor 7 and it was super easy to just walk down the stairs. Walking up was harder, so we usually waited for an elevator on those, and it rarely took too long for one to show up at the Lobby level. This really isn't a complaint, just more a tip for anyone staying on floors 10 or below -- the stairs are not bad for the trip down and will totally save you time/frustration :)

This hotel was truly a great value for the location and comfort! It is located in a safe neighborhood convenient to many sights within walking distance. Our room was clean, roomy, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and William at the front desk was exceptionally affable and welcoming! We will happily stay here the next time we’re in Chicago.

The only thing that detracted a bit from the ambiance was the strong smell of weed on our floor. (Apparently one of our neighbors was really enjoying themselves.) The weird thing was that the smell was in a specific spot in our room just in front of the bathroom, but when we opened the door to the hall expecting to walk into a cloud of smoke, the hall was clear and barely smelled! We never did figure out where the smell was coming from.

Staff were very kind and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the downstairs lobby was neat and cute, although we did not utilize the cafe/bar. The AC worked wonderful and the location was superb! Located within walking distance to your favorite spots on Mag Mile. Starbucks is just across the street as well as self parking. Valet is also available - we didn’t realize until after we parked lol (our faults). Would stay again if needed.

No major complaints for myself- but the hotel itself may pose some issues for anyone who has trouble with mobility or ambulating. Rooms were quite smaller than anticipated, but it was two of us and we essentially just used the room to sleep. Bathroom, specifically the toilet, is cramped. If you have mobility issues, it may be uncomfortable - I’d opt for a larger/more accessible room if possible. No mini fridge - but that’s just a nit-pick of mine. Also, the elevators are extremely slow and fit about 3 people. There’s two elevators and 16 floors. You may have to wait a while. Overall, I would still stay here again if needed.

The location is pretty good for those who want to go shopping in Chicago. Michigan Avenue is just 1 min walk from the hotel. Also, if you are a Starbucks fan, there is The Chicago Roastery one block away. Also, the staff there is very nice. I accidentally left my Nintendo switch in the room and I figure it out like 20 hours later. I immediately call to the hotel and ask them for assistance and they help rapidly and find my switch. And the time is 4:00 am then. Thank god I find back my switch.

The property was great and booking had an excellent price. Our flight was cancelled a couple of times and I was able to rebook and the staff was excellent. We got there early and I needed to store my babies milk and the room was not ready but they were more than accommodating and I truly appreciate it.

The hotel is near magnificent mile and shopping and restaurants. The only thing is it is also next to a complex that houses a ton of people. So there are kids and babies out all hours of the night here. People don’t necessarily step aside and let you walk on the sidewalk. You could avoid this route. But this is the only negative.

My flight was late and I missed my connection, so had to stay over in Chicago. The hotel is lovely and in a good location and I felt lucky to find a spot that was easy to get to, and close so I could get a very early connection next morning to continue my journey.

Well, I think hotels are overpriced but I can't complain about the price when I was looking for something at the last minute. There was no soap or shampoo in the dispensers in my room's shower, I know I could have asked to have them replaced and they'd have done so but as I woke up at 5.30 and had to get away by 6 to get my train there wasn't time to wait. The front door is very deceptive, has a full glass wall I walked into because it wasn't clearly marked and seemed to be a double door instead of a single one.
