The location was very central to everything we wanted to see and do.

We were very disappointed that the pool was not open. We picked this hotel specifically because there was an indoor pool, very hard to find in the city. Upon checking in the desk clerk specifically told me the pool was on the 10th floor. He did not mention at that time the pool was closed. We went to the tenth floor every day to see if it was open and it never did open during our stay.

Location. Starbucks. In-House Restaurant.

This hotel has the worse TV placement I’ve ever experienced. Since the main wall in the room is full of windows, the TV is right next to the bed. You basically have to break your neck to watch it comfortably. The TV is mounted on the wall & it is movable, but even with moving it to a “better” angle, it’s still bad. This is a huge design flaw.

The staff was excellent! Everyone I encountered was pleasant and efficient. It was great to have access to a fitness room and an indoor pool. The view from our room really gave us the sense of being immersed in the heart of the city. Being able to walk easily to Navy Pier was perfect. Traveling with a tween can be hit-or-miss and the Courtyard Marriott made it a hit!

The carpets were pretty worn. The pool could have been cleaner.

The hotel is in great location near the Magnificent Mile. We were able to walk to many attractions in the city. We did not rent a car. The hotel was very clean and all the staff were very pleasant and attentive. The city of Chicago is beautiful. We would highly recommend the Architecture boat tour.

There is a restaurant connected to the lobby. The drinks were very expensive.

Room was clean and very nicely equipped, with a beautiful view. Staff was polite and efficient, and the hotel is in a good location. I loved the pool and fitness center and how easy it was to get to places from the hotel.

The outside street noise could be heard on the 17th floor where I stayed, as if I was in the middle of the street. Given the location and the bustle of the magnificent mile, this meant loud sirens till late in the night and again super early in the morning.

Staff very friendly and nice. Waiter in Copper Fox was great! We were there on Saturday 12/10 to relax and have a few snacks. I think his name was Matt? He was very friendly, nice and attentive. Great sense of humor! Food was delicious. The truffle fries were the bomb!! Concierge was very good.

Difficult to get change for cash. I use a lot of cash for the taxi rides. On my way home Tuesday 12/13 the concierge was off duty so the front desk could not break down my money into smaller bills. I get why they are a cashless hotel but it just was a little bit inconvenient.

Would definitely stay here again. Rooms were very clean, beds super comfy and the view of the city was breathtaking. This was our first trip to Chicago. I was worried about the street noise, but that wasn’t a problem. Staff was exceptional. The location is perfect!! We used the onsite parking garage, and it was very secure. I can’t think of any issues that we had.

I liked it was clean it was also in good location and it also provided parking but I felt that could have been free not 60 bucks a night besides that very happy.

Paying for parking should be provided free I paid over five hundred dollars for two nights and then 120 dollars on top of that just to park I go to a lot of hotels in citys and never got to pay to park infact they usually valett for you.

The location was convenient. The staff were friendly.

I wasn’t told that I could get a pass to use my car. I parked my car in the garage and didn’t move it because of the fear of being charged extra fees every time I left. After I was leaving the parking garage attendant told me I could have got a pass from the hotel to come and go as I please. That was disappointing because my family wasted time using public transportation. We could have used that time to spend doing other things. It would have been helpful to know that we could have used our own vehicle to use around the city when we checked in. Parking for 3 nights was about much as the room! $180! The windows on the 10th floor were so dirty that we could not see out of them at the pool. It would have been nice to to see the view.

Walking distance from the places I was planning to visit, even a Catholic Church was close. The pillows were the best!!! The front desk people awesome too!!!

The sounds of the siren because we were close to a hospital I imagine, and 2 days before was a police homicide in town, so I was a little concerned.
