Clean and comfortable. It was right off the interstate yet tucked away in a quiet area. Staff was friendly. We would have been happy to spend a long weekend at this property had we more time. We returned to our room late after a show and we felt completely safe in this area.

The check-in process felt a little long but it may have just been me after spending 5 hours in a car. We also seemed to arrive at a busy time. The ladies at check-in were pleasant and informative so it wasn’t that bad.

Very clean! I talked to the front desk before leaving for extra towels, wash clothes, and trash bags (for dirty diapers) and when we came back within a few hours they had everything there! Definitely recommend! Also felt like a safe location!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. I wish the temperature of the pool was slightly warmer. But other than that, my husband enjoyed the bar downstairs. I wish they still had a free breakfast but really enjoyed adventuring out for breakfast/brunch (the shack was one of our faves and only a .6 mile drive from the hotel)

Good to spend time here for my last holiday, it is wonderful to stay here, no one bother me and I can buy some snacks and water outside easily and hot water is my life which the coffee machine really helps me a lot~ the room is clean and there is a shopping mall not far from this hotel~ good choice to stay for holiday~

the sun blind on the first floor seems like not totally blinded inside but when I go outside it seems can't see inside so it's not a big deal but still worries a little

quiet,clean and safe I love the location it’s always a cop near the property just in case. I’m able to relax I get good sleep every time I came.

How friendly the staff are. One person always stands out I believe her name is Mrs. Janice every time I come she very welcoming always respectful, polite , has good customer service she makes my stay amazing every time.

Very clean everything, room was super cozy and comfortable bed.

Not hotels fault but teenagers running up and down the hallways well into the night banging on guests doors. Next morning there was multiple families of young pageant girls screaming and crying from 6am until 8am in the lobby which could be heard all the way up on the 4th floor. Front desk handled it promptly.

Staff was very attentive and kind. Took very great care of me and my family during this trip. Always asking if they could help us with anything. Very clean and the room was great for the price I paid. Front desk staff is amazing and made my stay even better. The bar and restaurant is great and just as friendly.

Clean room and bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and parking was good no matter where you parked. Building seems well upkept.

A little pricey for what it was. It was clean but I don't think that it was anything super special for that price.

The staff was so so nice. Our room was so clean and made up nice. The breakfast was good. They gave us coupons for the kids. Even being close to the interstate it wasn’t bad with noise! Will definitely go again if we’re in the area.

In house restaurant and bar. Check in was easy. Beds were comfy.

I had to inform the front desk on the night of check in and then the manager in the morning about a few things wrong with the room. The manager was very receptive, appreciating being informed so he can properly address the situation.

Super nice hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. I also like how they had the Dove soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the bathroom. I love Dove bodywash!

The price, but I'll pay a little more for comfort .
