Cleanliness is the main reason why I come to this particular location. The receptionist was able to answer all of my questions and provide me with recommendations for my short stay.

Prices are competitive but for staying during the middle of the week I would expect the price not to be the same as if I was staying on a Friday. Only 1 elevator was working can be unpleasant especially during the morning rush.

The front clerk Chrsytal was awesome so very helpful in every way. I had my grand baby and all of your front clerks treated her so very special she loved them all I want to thank them all for she is going through so much through her tiny lil 5 yrs of life so far. from the breakfast ladies to the cleaning ladies from the bottom of my heart thank you all for treating her so special she loved you all. and she felt so very special she told me Nannie they really like me it just tore my heart up 💔 when I had to leave her up there again. but we will be back next month. all of you have a blessed month tell we see y’all again

the swimming pool when we got there Sat there was nothing that the weekend crew could do because the maintenance man was off I understood that my lil one swam anyway but she wanted me to swim but it was ice cold I couldn’t get in I would have got sick. that was Saturday and Sunday so when the maintenance man came in Monday we went to get in and he said he had put some shock in it and warming it up and come back in a hour so we timed it went back and water was still fixing well the maintenance man tried to tell me it was 80% but would never go check the temp I told him to go check he never would.

The location is perfect for the trip. I shoot an action shooting match in Princeton every year and this hotel was at one point the match hotel which gave us a discount. But I’ve enjoyed the stays there so I continue anyway.

Only one of the two elevators were working and on two occasions that had to be reset. Leaving us either walking down or waiting for it to be reset. The lobby was hot/ like no ac hot. The pool was closed, understandably because of covid I’m sure, but the outside patio was very dirty. Trash cans full, a ladder left just sitting there. Lots of empty beer bottles from someone’s evening. It wasn’t as pleasant as it could have been.

Our room was huge Check in lady was so nice breakfast had a great selection Breakfast ladies(yes more than 1) were all super friendly pool is heated breakfast area was pretty big size with different seating options

The room was spacious and clean. our room looked into the racing track which was lovely to see the horses practicing.

The pool was closed when we wanted to use it. It was very busy and only one elevator was working. We waited in a line to get to our room.

Good location. Very clean, convenient parking.

Very poor lighting, particularly in the sitting area where the couch is. Sink in bathroom only had hot water. While hot water is.needed, situation offered.strong possibility of being.scalded.

We loved the atmosphere, the space in the suites, the staff, etc. The check in staff was extremely helpful and nice. The lady that managed the covid friendly breakfast was so friendly. She made sure the kids had what they wanted and even made showed my husband some options for him as he is a diabetic. Everything was covid friendly. We wish the pool would have been opened but look forward to staying again when it will be.

The couch that made out into a bed was dirty.

I had a one bedroom king suit. It was very nice. I was by myself and enjoyed the peace and quite and space.

The little breakfast they pre-wrapped was very sad. I wanted at least a juice, but the front desk was hovering over what little they had sitting there - it made me feel so uncomfortable. I just skipped it and went to Waffle House across the street. Guess everyone is doing the best they can. But, it made me feel creepy. Like, are people really trying to steal this tiny bit of food you had wrapped up at the front desk? Really?

We did not attend breakfast nor anything downstairs if anything happened. We assumed because of CoViD19 there was courtesy talk. We liked the size of the rooms.

Availability of resources, but we understood. It’s a pandemic recovery phase. We’re certain we would have been excellently satisfied under a normal year/ conditions (2019 or prior).

The location was great, and the place was very clean., and the beds were comfortable. The staff was incredible - everyone was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, dished out to us because of COVID, and the women that handled this engaged with everyone that came through the line. (she's a keeper). If I return to the area, I will definitely stay here again.
