I like there was a coffee shop in the hotel and a bar and restaurant as well. The fitness room was amazing and the valet crew was great!

The elevator was not working well. The doors would open before the floor was even with the elevator. I have a fear of heights so this really concerned me. Plus, the guest next door to me played his music extremely loud. I was surprised at how clearly I could hear his or her music.

Valet was great! Location of hotel was convenient for the places we had to go. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean and neat.

Only one out of 3 was operating so wait times were sometimes long and then people tended to stack in so Covid risk was higher then comfortable with. The bathrooms are very small so you had to be careful of where stepping. Restaurant prices were really high! Breakfast was $40 for 2 people!!!

I booked the room with the sitting area and it was nice but not very comfortable.

There was no ice bucket in the room and you had to download the menu to order room service. The valet attendants where wonderful but the other staff were just there working. there is no one to give you directions and the signs aren’t clear. you can only go up one side to certain floors and the other on the other side. Not-clear directions

The parking situation could have been explained a little better. We stayed for 2 nights and parked at the parking garage across the street no knowing that we could’ve parked at the hotel’s garage.

Good location. Felt safe. Car was safe in the parking garage.

Need more dolleys. Without those carts to help move luggage, it was really rough trying to get young kids and luggage upstairs. We never found any trying to check in. There were none available when we checked out. It actually really negatively affected our experience, and I'm sure anyone with 3 young kids can understand why it matters so much.

Beautiful view and the rooms was very comfortable.

We ordered take out enroute to the hotel and brought to our room to eat. There was no fridge in the room for leftovers but when I called the front desk inquiring about it maintenance brought one quickly. The interior of the hotel lobby area is beautiful and well maintained. Very nice cafe bar for coffee but there is no complimentary coffee. Side note: the parking garage really needs to be cleaned/power washed. I didn't want to set luggage on ground it was so grimy.

I was in town for Essence Concert and the location to the Superdome was my favorite thing about the hotel. It was very nice, clean and modern. The charging station near the front of the lobby was a great touch. I was able to give my phone a quick charger while waiting for my Uber

parking garage, to get to your room you must either valet or park in the garage catch the garage elevator to the lobby get in the lobby elevator to get your room seems a bit to much.

The gentleman that checked me in was nice and explained the hotel access, food, etc. Cleaning/food service staff were nice and helpful.
