We love the meadowmere and have been going for years. The girl behind the front desk was amazing. We love the location and amenities.

We have noticed that things declined after the Meadowmere changed ownership and maybe partly due to covid. The facilities didn't seem to be as taken care of and while still clean the rooms are starting to show their age. The breakfast used to have lots of options and was included in the price. The pub would be packed. We opted out this time because there was nothing appealing as in years prior to covid.

The selling point of this hotel is pools and hot tubs! The outdoor pool is lovely with a nice slate pool deck, not a cheap motel-pool. The indoor and outdoor hot tubs are great for relaxation.

I think for the price point the rooms need to be updated. Carpets need updating and the bathrooms are very small (sink is outside the bathroom). Also, the balconies are tiny. Also, I wouldn't say it was the quietest hotel as you can hear other guests at times and in the morning could regularly hear a door opening and closing.

We loved the suite we stayed in was very quiet and perfect location. Suite was large and had a jacuzzi which was wonderful. Property was very nice and the outside pool was great. Location was walkable to town about 10 minutes. Very close to Playhouse. Jonathan’s restaurant right next door was delicious would definitely recommend. Would stay here again.

Decided to spend an extra night but had to move to another room which was directly next to pool very strong smell and bathroom door was broken I requested another room and the staff was very accommodating the second room was on third floor near pool was much better.

Location is great! Walking distance to the playhouse, downtown restaurants and Marginal Way! We walked everywhere! Our vehicle never left the parking lot! Weather was mostly sunny. We saw the Cher show, which was outstanding! The Front Porch Piano bar was so much fun! Good mix of restaurant cuisine in downtown area.

Would have liked a coffee pot in the room.

The Roman spa.!!!Looked for steam.rpoms, saunas, not sure if I just didn't see them. Didnt find them. The arcade was not in the building where we were staying .so we never used it 😞 The , pool was clean and not crowded! I used it.. Breakfast is what this place needs cereal.given.but no milk? Just silly, a cold continental breakfast would of been great! Appreciated the freebag, sunglasses, water jugs, would of bought 4 or 5 sweatshirts but no selection of size , no.stock at all !!! I would consider returning when it's warm enough to swim outside and use the outdoor hottub .

No.steam or sauna

Location, Location. Walking distance to beach for anyone who doesn’t mind a 10 min walk. Center of town is a 5 min walk. Restaurant and bar next to outdoor pool, inside pool for cooler or rainy days, hot tub and more place has it all. If i had one complaint it was i wished bathroom was bigger. A different room may have that.

My room had small bathroom

stayed at Ogunquit tides 1rst and had the WORST experience ever, so I booked here last minute to finish my trip and was so happy I did, I loved the cleanliness of the rooms! everything is well put together here and the pools were amazing! I really enjoyed my stay here at the Meadowmere and will try to come back as soon as I can! you can just tell they take pride in their property

no microwaves in the rooms so staying here for a week would be hard especially with hungry children! I also feel the prices are abit high.

Great location. Room was good-sized. Nice indoor and outdoor pools. In-hotel theatre showing family movies. Staff were quite good.

Our mattresses were rather soft, which is not great for anyone with back issues. The bathrooms are very small, which is awkward with kids, and our bathroom door had clearly swollen to the point our children couldn’t open it if they shut it.

Super nice staff, lots of places to sit and hang with family and friends. Nice that there were 2 indoor pools/hot tubs and 2 outdoor pools/hot tubs I wish the rooms had mini fridges. It was way over my budget, due to the July 4th holiday, but worked out fine. even though a bit of a hike, we walked back and forth from the beach/downtown. Loved the half and half frozen drink I ordered while waiting for food at the pub - mix of pina colada and strawberry daquiri.

Wish the price had been a little lower, but I understand. Like I'd said above, wish the rooms had a mini fridge. There's a menu on the website for the pub, that didn't match what was available. The bartender was awesome, but it would have been helpful to have more staff. I understand that it could be just the times we're in...just sayin'.
