The modern rooms and the views of the river and Baltimore were awesome - especially on New Years Eve. It was also very quiet.

Can’t say this is about “the property”, but I was totally surprised that the restaurant only had a special New Year’s Eve menu (their regular menu is phenomenal), which didn’t include a chicken, fish, or beef entree. I’ll eat just about anything, so I wasn’t necessarily disappointed, but my significant other won’t. So, that kind of made it uncomfortable since I raved about their food (I’ve stayed before). However, breakfast was included in the room package and it was really good. Last thing, the parking situation with the garages is kind of a nightmare. I tried using the coupon I got at the front desk for the overflow garage, and the company declined to accept it. So, I ended up paying $100 to park overnight instead of $30. That doesn’t sit well with me.

The views from the room were fantastic. we asked for a room on the river side because the harbor side looks over construction right now. The bed was comfortable and the room well appointed. looks like it is relatively new with modern industrial style furnishings. breakfast was good, a la carte. nice water views from the restaurant. The hotel staff were helpful and pleasant, except for our waitress who was surly. I can’t fault the hotel for one staff member. They didn’t give us the restaurant credit until we asked, so be sure to check the bill when checking out. The method for the included breakfast is complicated, with an up charge that is refunded at checkout. I would stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location, right on the water, and walking distance from the local shops, bars, and restaurants. It was very clean, always smelled very pleasant each time we entered the main lobby. I loved the decor of white and beige lighter tones, and the “open floor” layout. The rooms were spacious with everything you’d need (chairs, desk, tv, wardrobe, fridge, safe, etc). Breakfast was amazing. I believe it was some sort of “farm to table” concept. All in all it was a great hotel for the price, and I plan to revisit again.

Very clean and nice. Bar and restaurant right on the water with great sunset views. Bar drinks and food excellent.

Parking in attached under ground lot has variable pricing which was odd. On Friday night, we were quoted $100 for 24 hours (prior nights had been $30). We moved to another spot on the street, paid for 8 hours ($35) and paid again in AM at lower rate. No daily maid service but asked for towels and coffee supplies in 2nd day that weren’t refreshed but they came when we asked again. Front desk gave us a discount at checkout for the inconvenience.

From the valet, to the receptionist, to the restaurant Staff the customer service was incredible. I would like to especially thank Barry (valet) for his willingness to go above an beyond. I wish I could remember the receptionist name that checked us in...short hair, American American...she made the check in process smooth and stress free, while providing exceptional customer service. Made us feel so welcomed.

The views to the room was amazing and the decor was very modern and relaxing

They are doing construction directly across from the hotel. We had a balcony room so that ruined it. The balcony does not have any privacy as all balcony rooms are on the 9th floor and rooms are directly above the balconies. The restaurant was really good but pricey and they were running out of everything.

newness, room was nice with balcony, lounge and bar were attractive and comfortable- great views of the harbor.

we were not told we had to ask for housekeeping after our first night. so we were disappointed when we came back to the hotel late for 2nd night to find the room had not been made up.

The property was in a great location. the staff was amazing with getting me ore checked in because i had someone coming to decorate my room for vday.

the only thing i didn’t like was the construction that was right outside my window kind of dimming the beautiful view.

We liked the location of the hotel and the size of the room. The view of room was great and the hotel staff was really friendly. It’s in walking distance to shops and restaurants so you have many to choose from,

The only thing we had an issue with was the sink in the room. The stopper wouldn’t stay up and we had to hold it up to drain the water from the sink. That was inconvenient to do when running water in the sink.

The lighting in the room was awesome! The view from the balcony of that bay was breathtaking even in the snow. Being able to play pool in the lounge was a cool touch.

Price was a little high but not outrageous for what you are getting. Went to the front desk because I had an email that said breakfast was included. They confirmed that breakfast was included. Unfortunately I got charged for breakfast. When I called David at the front desk gave me a full refund on breakfast and handled it very professionally. That man deserves a raise and recognition for phenomenal customer service!
