The Hyatt is a stunning property. Big open and airy lobby with glass elevators that look onto the harbor as you head to your room. Rooms are beautiful and the roof top pool was a lot of fun for our children. It was easy to walk across the sky bridge to the Inner Harbor for dinner and the aquarium. I was shocked that the a la carte breakfast at the hotel was included in our package. It was incredibly delicious and really made the whole experience an extraordinary value. The staff throughout the hotel was incredibly nice and helpful. Would highly recommend staying at this property.

The mattress/pillows were top notch, room itself was good

Foot flush toilet felt weird in a room I'm paying $265 for and no seat or grab bar in shower - hard to wash feet! Felt like the bathroom needed to be updated. Front desk staff wasn't overly helpful, we booked for 1 night but decided we wanted to stay another night but were told no king rooms were available. Walked next door to Royal Sonesta, got a nice room and stayed there. Checked booking.com and saw 6 king rooms available at Hyatt. Probably will choose another hotel brand in the future because of that

Well, we have stayed at the Inner Harbor many a time over the past 15 years . It has definitely changed and has seen better days . The area is a disappointment . As for the hotel breakfast , although it was good , I feel it was way overpriced . Room and hotel very clean, employees were friendly and nice . We did enjoy the Yankee/ Orioles game . We happened to be there Easter night when all the trouble happened . Personally, I don’t think I will be back , unless things change . I didn’t feel safe .It’s a shame , it was always my go to mini vaca place for a quick fun trip with the kids .

See above comment

The hotel it nice was very big and nice looking. The staff were amazing. The food and drink manager was great. There was a little bit of a wait in the bar area but she was helping in every way from speaking to the customers making sure they were okay, and as running food and taking orders as well. It was nice to see a manager who actually helps out and didn’t fuss at her bar staff because of the back up. The next day she was at the pool again making sure everyone was fine and helping where she could.

I thought the property was very nice the only things I didn’t care for was that the toilets were very low and the pool is smaller than it looks online but still very nice views and the pool bar was great!

High floor, view of Inner Harbor fantastic!

Dining area for Breakfast, needs to be expanded for weekends and special events (Oriole/Yankee) game especially for $30 per person. Waited in-line 25 minutes and 15 people were behind us. Families with children could no longer wait and decided to get their vehicles out of parking and drive to a location for breakfast. The staff were doing their very best to accommodate everyone.

The friendliness as we had our dog wit us , we could take her by the pool no problem

We could not take our pup to the open bistro for breakfast - and the staff did not seem to know directions - sending me on a wild goose chase to take my pup out for a walk - it was all concrete towards the convention center - i had to come back and go out the front door as o al aways do

The view was spectacular. Location of the room was horrible!!! it was on the 14th floor of the hotel and the glass elevators creeped me out! (that is because i suffer from acrophobia! )

The room was noisy. On the 14th floor, the sounds of the street (including voices) seemed to be funneled right into or room. Housekeeping wasn't very thorough.

Great Location in the heart of inner harbor. Staff super friendly and helpful. In house restaurant was better than most surrounding hotel. Woudl stay again if I go back to the area

Inner Harbor really is not that nice of a place anymore. COVID killed it and it has yet to recover. Hotel was clean , but needs an update. Lots of outdated facilities.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the room, the staff, and the location were everything and more. I am looking forward to staying at the hotel again soon.

Everything about the hotel was extremely beautiful: the room, the staff, and the location were everything and more. Access to all attractions in the city.
