The property was immaculate and the staff were exceptional! Our room was beautiful, the beds were so comfortable and we had a gorgeous view of the water. We had a mini fridge and microwave in our room per our request. One of the most convenient accommodations was the car service.

For the price, a heated pool, hot tub or spa service on premise would have been nice. We did not have access to the pool, as it was "out of season" in mid-April. While we enjoyed the breakfast at the Sagamore, our dinner was disappointing in comparison to the rest of our experience.

Perfect location. You can walk everywhere and you are in the water. Walk to eat and drink. Very safe area. The pool is beautiful and the pool chairs are the most comfortable I’ve ever sat on. Beds comfortable. All staff friendly, helpful and kind.

Pool closed too early. The only bar opened after 10pm is tiny in a small room and way over heated every night. The “whiskey bar” is cute but should not be the only option after 10pm. It’s claustrophobic in there and hot. You can’t take food out of the room either. Service was great though and drinks were good.

It is a beautiful hotel. The room and from what I saw the rest of the hotel was super clean and well maintained. We also really enjoyed the atmosphere. Edison lights, and décor to match. The bathroom in the suite was exceptional, beautiful large tub, two person shower, double sink and separate toilet. Toilet paper was okay, much better than traditional 1 ply hotel tp. The balcony was nice and roomy and the harbor view was great. Was a little cold so didn't get to enjoy it. The service from start to finish was exceptional, the front desk was great, the valet station was great and all went above and beyond.

The bed was a little stiff, I enjoy a hard bed, my wife was unhappy with it. We got in late, past 10pm, and the room service was very impersonal, didn't know our room, the choices were extremely limited and the food was mediocre. Old bay seasoning chips was literally the only side option. It was at least fast. The room size for the money was a little small. The parking was a little tough and confusing... again we got in late. Our only option was to valet, $50 a night.

Amazing conversion of old factory. Incredible building facade and entrance, beautiful courtyard, and the pool is spectacular. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Love the heated floors in the bathroom. My harbor view room had a terrace which was lovely.

In general, I feel that it wasn’t as clean, spotless, as I would expect at this price point. There were dark marks on the ceiling, a big piece of tape on the overhead light fixture, the matting on the art large print in the room was sagging, the mini-bar/honor bar was empty. There was no bottled water in the room and it was well over 90 degrees. The pool area looked like it needed to be hosed down.

The accommodations

The management at the pool and the lack of attention they paid to me until I said something. The management was very confrontational when acknowledging that I couldn’t use my personal speaker the size of my cell phone and he was very passive aggressive.

The location of the hotel was perfect - I've visited Baltimore a number of times and most of where I frequent is within walking distance of the Sagamore Pendry. The room was beautifully curated, the specific location of the room was on the 1st floor but those rooms are behind a set of doors that required a key which added an additional level of security which was much appreciated. I will say my favorite part had to be the heated floors in the bathroom.

My friend and I stayed in a Terrace Courtyard room and while I expected noise from the courtyard, I wasn't expecting how loudly and clearly you could hear people in the hotel hallway at all hours of the night. Also, one our bathroom towels was torn and fraying but since we were only there for one evening, there wasn't a need for a big fuss. Not sure if there's a way to quality control that since I know hotels sometimes outsource laundry but just something to note moving forward!

The location is wonderful and adjacent to a lot of lovely shops and restaurants. We didn't have to drive for our entire stay. The pool is a definitely a highlight.

Shower water pressure was poor enough to be annoying. Service at the restaurant was very friendly, but quite slow.

Plastic bottled water from the other side of the Pacific! Not very sustainable when the tap water is perfectly fine.

location and amenities

we’re looking to watch football in the bar area and get some food. ideally; we would of loved to have table service. the restaurant at that time wasn’t busy. we didn’t understand why that would be hard to accommodate. bar itself wasn’t busy either and bartender had us come to the bar
