I liked the security and the cleanliness of the hotel. Only having access to the main door of the hotel via hotel key made me feel super safe. Despite the exterior of the building being older, the inside was very modern and secure. It was also nice not having to pay for parking. It was very relaxing to stay here, it was very quiet and peaceful.

Access to the parking area to the hotel was tough to understand as it is on a one way street, I had to circle the hotel about 4-5 times before calling the hotel to find out details of the parking access. As nice as the hotel was, it would’ve been nice to have a bit better breakfast options.

Very close to the station and light rail, lovely old building, secure door, big room and lovely staff there 24/7.

The breakfast was pretty sub-par (cling filmed pastries and breakfast bars) and that lobby coffee machine impossible to understand early in the morning. The rug in our room was quite stained, and the bathroom a bit old. The coffee machine in the room did not have enough refills for a fresh stay.

Quaint boutique type hotel. Ronald, one of the front desk staff, was very friendly and helpful to us. The room was quite large and had the necessary amenities. The coffee/tea maker that was available all day in the lobby was a nice touch

The "breakfast" was a small selection of pastries, granola bars and juice..

It's an adorable historic hotel that's been a hotel since the 1800s. Great architecture. They also have a few parking spots!

The room was very hot (in winter), and I could adjust the temperature to make it cooler for sleeping. Also a little loud in the small hallway. But no street noise!

The place had great character & history. Location made it easy to get most places in Baltimore. Definitely will stay there again

The water pressure in the shower was not very good. Took a while to get hot water & the pressure was low.

I liked the appearance and the building also the person who checked us in Shae very friendly this morning when leaving the morning staff friendly as well

I didn't like the lack of parking the stairs leading into the hotel and someone was very noisy

Loves the rustic decor, the welcoming staff, the spiral staircase to the elevator. It was a pleasant experience. Parking right out front was wonderful.

Not just this place but a lot of places I don't care for the white sheets.

The staff was very lovely. The room was nice and clean the bed comfortAble.

The TV needed some more instructions but I figured it out. It maybe because I am older. Younger guest will get it I am sure

The continental breakfast was good for us.

We enjoyed the entire stay.

The shower sorry but was kind of weird but I was clean
