The history of the building. The tall ceilings, and antique windows. The grand entrance is beautiful and needs some updating. The bathroom was very clean, windows are perfect to watch the city below.

There was a booger on the headboard (literally), air vents had brown/black dirt on them, the panel covering the refrigerator had dried food smears dripped down it. The room was in good shape, but the charm of the hotel wasn’t reflected in the room’s decor. I noticed the Reno plans and they seem to be a good start. What sets that hotel apart from all the others is the history and the style. Or it could be what sets it apart. There didn’t seem to be enough staff. One of three days my room was made up, but 2 days didn’t get services.

All of the front desk staff, hotel staff and even the bartender at the attached restaurant were very friendly. The best part of our stay had to be Mr. Kevin, or uncle Kevin should I say. He is the head of security and he is a ball of sunshine. He made sure our stay was going well everyday. All of the front door staff were especially friendly. The hotel overall was great and in a marvelous location for all of the tourists attractions. Great fun for the family, but we will be coming back mainly because of the friendly front door security and valet personal.

The only problem we faced was how the bathroom floors would get wet from taking a shower. The shower floor and bathroom floor are tile and a level match to each other, but there is no kind of wall or lip to stop the water from running onto the bathroom floor. And also, maybe for the price they could include a continental breakfast instead of just coffee.

I loved that there was valet parking- the valet people so so nice and very accommodating. they opened doors and even went and got a coat from our car after they parked it because we accidentally left it in there. I also liked that you had to have a key card to access guest floors. made the hotel feel extra safe and secure.

there were some areas in the bathroom that didn’t appear to be cleaned regularly (trim and air vent). most people probably wouldn’t notice.

Beautiful historic hotel in downtown Baltimore. Very friendly staff (special mention for the porters downstairs), tastefully decorated and clean big room on the top floor, with a huge bathroom and fantastic views of the city!

Although refundable, the requested deposit seemed a little high, considering our room was prepaid, and we had no intention to incur additional costs inside the hotel…

Everyone was very friendly I had one situation in my room was changed because the smelling of smoke and I was allergic to smoke so the girl at the front desk was very helpful with switching the room and would check on what was going on on the 11th.

The air conditioner in the room got very stuffy at night would’ve like for it to be cooler especially with the weather outside being so hot and humid

Proximity to the attraction we wanted to see (Camden Yards). Friendly staff. Interesting facility. Large room.

The adjoining room had some noisy guests and were pot users. So every time we left and came back to the room it smelled of pot (through adjoining door).

the staff is great! the staff at the resturaunt made my fiancee and I visit. Jaymo one of the staff members excellent job! took the time to talk to us with some good conversations. give that guy a raise! Henry was also very helpful. we couldn't couldnt decide on a bottle of wine. Henry helped us navigate the wine list, and picked a bottle that we could agree on. Henry was very patient and helpful! A plus to the staff! check in was alittle rough we drove from another state and had reservations at a restaurant. Our room wasn't ready yet at check in time. The staff sincerely apologized and held our luggage for us. They gave us a free upgrade and were very professional and friendly. Excellent staff and service. I did ask for some flowers in my room as my fiancee and I just got ingaged and were celebrating. wanted to surprise her with flowers in the room. Didnt get my flowers. Had a room change and upgrade so maybe it was done in the original room. no biggie.

the heat in the room was lacking. the bathroom was cold. this was ok with the spa tub, but the shower In the morning was alittle rough.

Staff was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. I loved that we could bring our doggy because he is part of our family too! Valet was great! Definitely would stay again!

The worst part was the shower pressure but the water stayed hot!

Loved the location, valet parking option, secure guest elevators, and size of room. It was nice to have mini fridge for baby’s milk. Staff were friendly and helpful. Valet parking staff were super nice

good position. imposing building. seemed like a skeleton staff. no room service. room was a nice size. valet expensive at $44. Monica was lovely at reception.

some furnishings were a little tired. but they were ‘period’. this is Art Deco in style We enjoyed our stay. could not get anything to eat in the area at 9.30pm. many people wearing masks around town. don’t fell that the Inner Harbor has really come thru the pandemic as yet.
