Breakfast was fine., something for everyone. We were happy that the garage was secure because we had a car and SUV full of our daughter's dorm stuff. They gave us a remote to open and close the door to the parking garage.

The mini fridge wasn't cold enough to keep leftovers cold, so we called down and they brought us some ice that we put in the ice bucket and put into the mini fridge! Kind of weird. Even Red Roof Inns have mini fridges that work! They said that it's for keeping drinks cold. Maybe full sized ones don't fit into their streamlined furniture?

We stayed at the Revival for two nights. We have stayed there before and always enjoyed our stay. We had a room on the 14th floor overlooking the Washington Monument. It was a very nice room. The bed was very comfortable. The service was excellent and friendly. The rooftop restaurant is also excellent. When we left I accidentally left a pair of Maui Jim sun glasses behind. When we got home to Atlanta ,my wife called the hotel and asked if they had been found. I fully expected that they would say no. But the person who answered the phone said she would check, and she then said they had been found. Moreover, she offered to mail them to me. Two days later a Fedex package arrived with the glasses. I was thankful and impressed. Clearly this was service above and beyond. The Revival is definitely a great place to stay in Baltimore.

Very nicely located in the historic Mt. Vernon area of Baltimore. close to major cultural Amani ties such as The Walters Museum, Baltimore Symphony and the Peabody Conservatory. Lovely views out the upper floor windows. Very comfortable beds.

The rooms are nicely appointed (especially nice are the large bathrooms) but they won't work for every type of traveler. For example, business travelers will miss a proper desk in the room. Moreover, if you are an older traveler, you may miss conveniently located bedside outlets for such things as CPAP machines. I use a CPAP, and I was very glad I had brought a long extension cord; otherwise, I would have been in tough shape. So if you are a young and healthy leisure taveler, it's a great property. Others may wish to look elsewhere.

Rooms were nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. Lobby and other shared areas were thoughtfully designed and stylish. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The only problem is that when we checked in, very few rooms seemed to be ready. Front desk folks said the cleaning crews were behind. Not sure how that happens when the hotel should know exactly how many rooms have to be turned over on a given day. Anyway, we had to change for a wedding we were in town to attend in a shared restroom off the lobby. We were upgraded when we returned to check in late in the evening, and the room was quite nice, but the inconvenience was a pain. And we were far from the only ones in this boat.

Room was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Above all, the staff were friendly and very helpful. I had interactions with several over 3 nights and 4 days and every person who worked the front desk was exceptional. Thoughful, engaging, and accomidating, the hotel staff made a wonderful impression and I've previously had an awful time at another Baltimore hotel for this reason. I would recommend this hotel for the staff alone but there were many things I liked about my stay. The George Peabody library a block away was an added bonus.

It would be nice if there was more information regarding nearby restaurants who deliver to the hotel or are within walking distance. I did receive verbal recommendations and the Alorra cafe was excellent.

This property was located in the historic Mt. Vernon neighborhood in Baltimore. Some of the amenities were still unavailable because of local covid restrictions, but the hotel boasts a few awesome ones like: private karaoke rooms, themed lounges, and rooftop bar. The staff were attentive and polite. I requested a room with a desk online so my fiancé and I could work remotely but wasn’t given one upon arrival. After I made it known to the staff, they were eager to fulfill our request which was nice. Our junior suite was spacious with great views of the park across the street.

Hotel parking was located 2 blocks away so that wasn’t convenient. Elevators were secure but bit slow. We we located on the 9th floor so we used them a lot. Couldn’t seem to find trash cans anywhere outside our room.

The room was spacious, well appointed, and very comfortable. The same can be said of the bathroom. Another big plus was the Topside restaurant. Great view and excellent food. Further, two shirts left in the closet of my room were FedExed to me quickly after I had returned home to NYC.

The venue for breakfast and lunch was the only disappointment. More like a fast-food restaurant with a very limited menu.

Looking out my window was a lovely view of the Mt. Vernon park and statue. The rooms are lovely with great amenities such as an electric teapot. The staff was exceptional.

This isn't a complaint but the elevators were slow and one of the two wasn't working half of the time we were there. Also one afternoon our key cards didn't allow us access to our room.

Everything! The hotel was beautifully designed and very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and went above and beyond if you need anything. The rooftop restaurant is a happening spot, so make reservations if you want to go!

The surrounding area is very sad--lots of homelessness, abandon buildings, empty streets, and graffiti (not directly on the same street but in the surrounding area).

Stylish and easy to navigate. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Very welcoming. The building is very well designed and perfect for a spot with your partner or even as a much better alternative for business as compared to the same old Hyatt option. It’s a little out of the way but not far by car to everything.
