I loved everything about the property. Clean room. Shower water pressure fine. Clean towels..Plenty of walkable food choices. Staff was friendly. Even though breakfast was complimentary. I ordered my own from IHOP. Wanted steak and eggs which I know they weren't serving and pancakes the next day

TV. Channels were all discombobulated. Monday night Football was on the HBO Latina channel. ION channel was showing ESPN and so on. Also didn't even have a local news channel to view. Only CNN and Fox News which were on the Discovery Channel and TLC channel. Total confusion. Also..Out of 60 total channels..Only about 15 worked. Everything else was NO SIGNAL. Other than that..my experience was fine

It wasn't exactly downtown according to the locals! But it was only 5 min drive to the harbor & all the restaurants downtown! If you smoke weed there's a dispensary across the st along with shops liqoure store...the biggest flaw was parking it's like being in new york ..you gotta park a block away but some days I got lucky!!

That there was no parking & breakfast Is a 3star I didn't eat looked n passed!

Both reception people and housekeeping are very nice and friendly. Lady at the reception let me enter my room almost three hours before check in time. Room was very clean and spacious, bathroom as well. Good quality, very clean and scented bed linen and towels. Room equipped with everything : good Air conditioning /heating, TV, coffee machine and coffee, fridge, even small microwave oven. Wifi worked perfectly. Even complimentary breakfast included. Location is walking distance to everything in Baltimore. And all of the above for really good and decent price, so one gets really good value for money.. Highly recommended!

I always enjoy my stay at this property the staff at the front desk always remember me especially Ms. Shazia check-in is never a problem when she checks me in and she remembers my name...

For the first time since I've been staying at this property the overnight front desk person was unpleasant toward myself and my guest..... She yelled at my guest and had them waiting to get in for a while my brother was just getting off from work and came to hangout with me like we always do......

Room was nice, cheap for the area, great staff, convenient to trolley, Camden Yards, Arena

very sketchy area, uncomfortable walking down the street even at midday, no parking... must add -We never had any trouble, just very uncomfortable walking in this area... trash, homeless, smell of marijuana everywhere, many people loitering up and down the street

Clean room, comfortable bed. Nice bathroom fixtures. Hot water, abundant tv channels. Spacious storage space under windows. Would recommend to friends. Great pricing for what the room offers. Check in and out was also quick and easy.

Walls are super thin. Also the ventilation system has openings giving ability to hear outside the hotel too connected, hard to concentrate when you do not have some kind of music or the tv playing. That’s about it.

Rooms are small but clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast isn't super early and check out is late. Would stay here again

There was no comforter on the bed and only 2 pillows. Like that breakfast was later in the morning but didn't like how everything was being touched, ex- there was gallons of juice you had to pour into your own cup. Also didn't like how outside the hotel was dirty BUT hotel itself was nice

We was there for two nights must at night for sleep and leave on the morning it was clean and front desk was nice and the breakfast was good

the hotel was smelly when you entering and leaving and a the room was very small the coffee machine was broken

Staff was very helpful and friendly and ideally placed for the light rail ,hotel was quiet except one night but overall a great place to stay

Your staff was friendly, very professional and attentive. I felt welcomed and safe my entire stay

Maybe Breakfast could offer more, especially butter for waffles and toast
