The location is great, we attended two concerts at CFG arena and could walk from the hotel. Close to a few restaurants in the area. Staff were friendly and when contacted they responded quickly and met our needs. Its located downtown and you see the police walking around so you feel safe, and it also lets you know to be mindful of your surroundings.

You have to request housekeeping which if you are visiting a new city and exploring the city you forget to do this. Housekeeping should be daily. I also did not like the loud toilet and high price of valet $42 per day.

The room was amazing, and I LOVED the check in process and the television that greeted me. The room was spacious and had everything that I needed. The breakfast was outstanding, and the fitness center was top notch. Everyone was very friendly and helpful from check in to check out. I parked across the street and the price was only $26 for the entire night. The location of the hotel was just a matter of minutes' walk away from the main harbor and many stores. It was great!!!

The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The valet option was such a great addition. All we had to do was text a number they gave us 15 mins prior to needing our car and it was ready out front waiting for us. The room itself was very clean and super comfortable. For breakfast we expected continental style and it was more like buffet style with options like eggs, sausage, breakfast burritos, oatmeal, etc. Overall, it was a great experience and the price was the cherry on top. We will definitely stay here again.

The only issue was that our tv did not want to stream Netflix or HBO bc it kept giving us an error message. We called the front desk and they sent a nice gentleman up to help but it was out of their control. We understood the issue was with the internet equipment. We appreciated them trying and giving us options.

Smelled good. Clean. Professional front desk. Pillows on the bed were not comfortable. Was sorry to hear there was no ice machine upstairs. Only had one small wash cloth with the other towels. I needed one for my husband but there was only one wash cloth. Good thing I brought my own. Some Guests must have either arrived at 2am in the morning. The noise from children woke me up. Other than these small complaints my stay was good for one night.

Room was spacious and comfortable, though AC took a long time to cool down the room. Breakfast exceeded expectations! Location was great for walking to anything worth doing in Bmore, 80 ft from a Dunkin for morning coffee fix, too!

Talked with several guests at bkft who said AC was not working in their rooms at all. The restaurant that is part of the hotel- 17 Light St.- was a pretty awful experience. Don't waste your time going there.

Everything but the staff. I was scheduled for a serious procedure at John Hopkins. Had to be there by 5:30am. I asked the front desk if they could give me a wake up call and call a taxi to be there at 5:15am. THEY DID’NT do any of that so I didn’t get to the hospital till 5:45am. Maybe I’m old school but I thought hotels provided these services.

It was for my bridal party and my father booked the hotel because i got married that day . The manager wanted him to come down and confirm that he actually booked it which actually made it the entire day late so my wedding started a hour later then what it was supposed to because we didn’t get in the room until 11 something

I would say Breakfast was ok but I can say for the Marriott I was expecting better!! I would prefer more hot food such as pancakes, waffles, bacon, etc.

I would say the housekeeping should take more time when cleaning the room to assure that everything has been clean well from the previous guess... I noticed stains on the walls and doors wasn't wipe down properly

I reserved a suite because there were three of us. The pull out sofa did not have linen . We called as soon as we arrived and we were told that they would correct. When we returned from dinner at 8PM..no linen. We called they said we'll be there in 10 minutes. No Linen at 10:30pm we called. no answer. We walked to the desk. Oh so sorry. We will address now. We watched the manager call the staff to address. No linen ever came the entire night. They did give us $100 discount but it was not worth the aggravation and sleepless discomfort.

The room was spacious, and it was lovely to have a kitchenette and refrigerator. Comfortable bed. The view was fine too we were on the 13th floor. Had a good night's sleep. Breakfast supplies were constantly being refilled which was fantastic.

Parking was expensive so I had to find somewhere else around the hotel.
