The staff members were very engaging and helpful. Greeting upon check-in was professional; the chef of the restaurant assisted with ice for our room (all ice machines on the individual floors were inoperative). The chef also greeted us the morning we were checking out to make sure we came to have breakfast in the dining area; it consisted of hot scrambled eggs, sausages and hash browns; cold yogurt, fruit compote and fresh fruit; tea, coffee and oatmeal were also available; as were two flavors of bagels (complimentary). Thank you for the friendly service!

My only comment about what I didn't like was that I had to ask for ice, due to the floor machines not working. That was turned into an opportunity to engage with the friendly staff, which turned it into a positive!

Staff was excellent, location is excellent.

Carpets were filthy. I know you're trying to save money after loosing so much during COVID but the carpet in room 413 is atrocious! Please replace it or at least clean it.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to me. any question I had was answered and many recommendations for places to go shop, and to eat, and directions were always given to me, up to the point of writing it down for me and even googling distances of places and recommending buses to take to reach to a particular place etc.

I wanted to toss my garbage daily and didn't want to leave it out on the corridor. i wanted the bathroom tissue replenished as I arrived there was a half roll and no extras.

A minute walk from the convention center, which was great. The staff was very nice and friendly Only hotel around we could find with 2 beds Overall, it was a good experience.

the breakfast was kind of meh - overcrowded, with not enough food and understaffed. There were few days when we came and they ran out of food, one day when we came they cancelled it completely because the cook didn't come. The place could be cleaned a bit more often, they didn't clean our room once during our 8 days stay. The room become pretty humid by the end of the week, which we couldn't resolve

The customer service was excellent. I really enjoyed when I walk through the doors they greeted me and serve me and met my knees.

What I did not like about the pool is there it was forced advertisement, saying stating that the pool was open and available and once I got there, the pool was shut down. I think they’re being fair to still post it as the pool was open but the rate the host day was excellent 10 out of 10.

The bathroom floor had hair all over it. Also, the pictures for the room I reserved were not what I got. It was posted as a “premier double” and when I arrived I was told there was no such thing and that the pictures in the app for the premier double were actually pictures of the executive double, I was given a new room but it was still not what I thought that I was paying for, just a room with 2 beds. The breakfast did not have any hot food other than the bagels if you toasted them.

The room was clean and the staff were all welcoming and kind. Glad to have a refrigerator in the room. The fitness center was great!

The hotel was a bit dated. The room was a bit small, which is why, I assume, it was a queen bed. I do prefer kings. it's weird to not have the sink in the bathroom, there was no coffee pot in the room

perfect location if you are going to the Orioles game. Walking distance to the Stadium, Inner Harbor restaurants and shops. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The on-site restaurant has not reopened since the pandemic and the pool was closed. Parking was a challenge after 8p as there was only one entry point to get in which unless you knew ahead of time you’d miss it

I went to see ab orioles game. The hotel is just 5 minutes from the park by walking distance. The harbor, Starbucks, Chipotle and the Convention Center less than 5 minutes away walking from the hotel. The location is the best.

Facilities a Little bit old.

Location, comfort, cleanliness, and friendliness of staff were all great! Internet service was great as well. Close walk to the inner harbor and many restaurants.

We were in town during a Ravens home football game, and the breakfast staff (I only saw one person) couldn't keep up. Unfortunately I was unable to have breakfast either day due to this. But due to the sold-out status of the hotel, I understand.
