The staff was amazing, breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms clean and stocked.

The shower had no pressure. We had to call security to the pool because the guests were so unruly and screaming so loud it was ear piercing. Was disappointed they allowed that to go on for as long as they did. The halls reeked off marijuana which wouldn’t have been a major issue except for the fact that we our child with us.

Walking distance to M&T Bank stadium and the baseball stadium. Bed was very comfortable, and comforter and pillows were luxurious. Room was very clean. Coffee shop in the lobby is open 6am-9pm, a bonus for a caffeine junkie.

1. While I understand that check-in starts at 4, I've never been to a hotel where I had to wait until the very last minute to get a room. 2. The lock on the bathroom door was broken. One could tell that it was "fixed" many times before by the massive hardware on the sliding handicap-acceasible door, but the locking mechanism on one side was completely missing. 3. There is only 1 snack vending machine in the entire hotel, and not only is it tucked away behind the front desk, and also only takes cash.

Hotel was lovely and the location was fantastic. We also loved the pool, hot tub and sauna area. Café in the lobby with specialty coffee and snacks was super convenient and the "Golden Ticket" for use in the café that a staff member gave to our kids upon arrival was such a nice touch for them. All of the staff members that we encountered during our stay were super friendly and helpful,

We are a family of 4 so needed a room with 2 beds. The beds were only full size and really too small to comfortably fit myself and my husband. We did not sleep well during our stay. Would also have liked to see complimentary regular coffee available in the lobby.

The room was comfortable the location to the baseball field couldn’t have been better. When we walked in though at the check-in station there was a cockroach caught crawling across the floor. The front desk lady LAKIA laughed about it. It did make me feel uncomfortable bringing my two-year-old and seven-month-old there but everything else was fine

The convenience to our families. We were there for a Memorial service and were able to visit with family Overall this is a beautiful property with a relaxing atmosphere. The pool looked very nice. I wish we would've had time to use it. The Orioles were playing during our stay and many people from our hotel were going to the game. I don't think you could get a hotel closer to Camden Yards, in fact our room overlooked the ball park. (My husband loved this).

The elevator was very frustrating. The key card often didn't work and we couldn't get to our floor. On several occasions we ended up several floors above our own and had to walk down. It made our stay less than the pleasant stay it had previously been.

The staff at this hotel is very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff is excellent. If you're going to an MLB game at Camden - you can't beat this location.

1. Slow disorganized check-in process. Desk was understaffed, which would be normal for this day-and-age, however management should certainly have been aware of the event happening at the MLB stadium across the street. 2. No parking available at the property on check-in day. Had to park at the Marriott across the street.

Room was nice and clean. I chose it due to the location of being across from the ballpark. The downstairs cafe was nice, but it would have been good to have some sort of dining option in the hotel.

Little things. 4 postage stamp size pillows on a King sized bed. Couldn't seem to get anyone to bring more or any additional towels. I love that they aren't cleaning my room every morning, but in those cases we need an extra roll of TP, more than 2 towels, etc. Coffee machine was bad. But nothing to really complain about.

The Hilton was located right downtown near ball parks and convention center. It was a short walk to Harbor Place. The staff was exceedingly helpful, professional and welcoming. The facilities were beautiful and comfortable as well as roomy. There was a refrigerator in the room and in room coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet.

I only wish we had been staying longer.

Location and amenities were above expectation. I was especially pleased with the quality and variety of breakfast choices as most hotels I've stayed at so far did not meet my picky appetite

I can't think of anything I did not like as I didn't get to use all of the options that were available to me. One observation however is the amount of homelessness in the surrounding area and the smell of pee as I explored the nearby streets

Location. We were there for three ballgames.

Check in was 4:00. We arrived at 4:05 to a sign that said the garage was full. We had to park at the Marriott for $10 more (cost was $40 ) and move the car the next day. WHY WERE THERE NOT SPACES RESERVED FOR HOTEL GUESTS. I know the lot fills up on baseball nights but hotel guests should not have to drag their luggage down the street.
