Staff was very friendly nice area right by the interstate. A lot of Restaurants around. They hotel had a restaurant as well. The bar area was nice people getting along and having a good time. The staff gave away these cookies that tasted wonderful and they was nice and warm. The beds was very very comfortable. The room was clean even had there own lotion, shampoo and body wash just in case you forgot yours. I will definitely stay there again.

The only thing my husband and I didn't like was the fact that they did not Offer complimentary breakfast. They had breakfast but you had to pay I think $18 for a small tray of breakfast it's alot considering they had other restaurants around Like Denny's cracker barrels Chick-fil-A. They should really think about That

Great hotel, the reception staff were so helpful and so the people at the bar, but since we could stay until 12pm in the room the cleaning staff came and knocked twice, first at 9am then again at 11am, so the second time they asked me when we leave the room and I said 12pm then he asked me to keep the door open. We were not happy with this, otherwise everything was great, willing to stay there again if this dosent happen again, I thought the staff at Lobby would notify let the cleaning staff know when people leave the rooms.

Amazing value...low price for high quality of stay and amenities. Free 24/7 airport shuttle was prompt and very easy to use with very friendly drivers, onsite parking while away (same as lowest price parking at airport), free cookies!, comfortable bed and pillows, coffee maker and supplies in room, sofa, great location just minutes from the airport. I love Doubletree!

The cookies were cold and hard...seriously, that was the only issue and it was minor. ;)

Good morning Omg doubletree Hotel was the best ever!!!! I come here to play bingo, at Bingo World. The guy that checked me in was so Nice and understanding!!!! Bingo World has two games the first game starts at 10 AM and the other game starts at 3 PM. Check-in was at 3 PM. This guy was so nice enough and I pray to God I don’t get him in trouble, he allowed me to check in at 3 PM to put my stuff in the room and I left. I was able to play my game without worrying oh my goodness I’m gonna have to leave and miss the big jackpot LOL ,but no what did he do he help me and I’m forever grateful😊 I will be back May 7 thank you thank you thank you thank you for a great experience. I stayed at other hotels and OMG they were horrible!!!!! I’m from New Jersey so I didn’t know better.I just googled the nearest hotel near Bingo World google searched two roach motels which needs to be SHUT down!!!! thank you again from your new customer and please tell the guy that checked me and thank you thank you thank you

The only thing I didn’t like when I checked out, and I apologize.I’m not racist or anything their was an Indian woman at the counter. I assume that the breakfast was included with the room🤦🏽‍♀️ I asked her how much ,I think she said $14.99 I think ,but see had no eye contact with me which was rude!!!! Other than that no complaints

Loved the comfy beds and the pool. The rooms were spacious and clean. It felt like all the staff members acknowledged my family and were super friendly and helpful.

There was actually no continental breakfast included. The interior is starting to look older; it might be time for some renovations. The cleaning ladies were being yelled at for not moving fast enough, which I thought was rude and unprofessional.

Room was very clean and bed very comfortable. Check in was awful. Got first room and had to wait 45 minutes for second Room after arriving after 5:00. Check in at 3 and my room was not ready even though 10 people behind me got their rooms. Spoke with manager advised that I was very angry and wanted my second Room asap and somehow a room became available

The heat in the room my first night did not work very well in the room was cold. However, the next day, the hotel maintenance fix the situation, and the rest of this day was good.

The hotel is a little bit outdated, especially the rooms. But the lobby area and staff were great.

Incredible water pressure in the shower! Room was large, clean, everything in good condition. We were missing a hand towel, when I requested one, we received an entire new set of towels.

A lot of noise from another room in our vicinity which wasn't the hotel's fault. Website said you could get breakfast for $10 but there wasn't any being served.

Glad I didn't wait for the airport shuttle. Many people were waiting for the shuttle. My son would have missed his flight back to college. I stayed there the night before my son was leaving on a very early flight. I thought about leaving him to stay alone and get the airport shuttle. I know it was a busy time (Spring Break) so I stayed with him to get him to the airport. Glad I did.
