One then two occasions a staff member entered the the elevator spoke informed us that they were a staff member and asked us. Was everything OK with us stay? I appreciate the question because they were in regular clothes without us, knowing that they was even employees of the hotel. They didn’t have to knowledge them self they could’ve just spoken and left it at that.

I stayed in room 517 and when I turn the shower water began to run on the floor I use the towels to clean up the water. I adjusted the shower head and when I took another shower, I had the same problem. I mentioned this to one of the staff when I got on the elevator she was the manager of housekeeping she sent someone to the room with additional towels for me to clean on the floor. I do believe that is something that you guys should look into for that room.

This hotel is in a great location for the airport. There are several options for food in the area as well as a snack bar with drinks. I had no issue with finding a parking spot like often described, however it was Christmas Eve night.

The only issue I had, was an expectation of being able to long-term park for our flight. I was made aware during check-in that I did not make the reservation that included this, so I would have to park somewhere else. I'm not sure why this could not have been made at the time of check-in to accomdate. The heat was also not working in our room. It was about 64F when we got to the room and only got up to 65F by morning. The bathroom sink also had no cold water. (I made front desk aware of this on check out).

The staff was friendly and helpful especially Lay driver, Kawan front desk and Mahin.

Slow elevator service with Honor Flight guests and the absence of stairs.

Twice while riding the elevator down to the lobby we were greeted by what I believe were maintenance men of the hotel. Both of these gentlemen asked how our visit was going, if we needed anything and where everything was located (pool, restaurant, etc.) Both my husband and myself were very impressed by these two men. I wish I had gotten their names.

We had a shower stall in our bathroom. The angle of the faucet against the shower wall created a puddle on the floor. We used towels to stop the flow of water and clean up the floor. I was not impressed by the breakfast buffet. It did not look very appetizing. We went to Cracker Barrel.

Great stay. We only stayed for the weekend and the location was not far from the event we attended. The staff was very nice, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.

On check-out day, the maid knocked on the door at 11:30 before checkout (check out was at 12). She knocked twice, only seconds apart, and then before I even got a chance to answer the door, she proceeded to open the door herself. Scared my child to death, but I had the lock on the door. When I did answer the door, she didn’t even apologize, just asked when I was leaving. There needs to be a way for them to ensure guests have checked out before they go into the rooms to clean. Other than that, we had a nice stay.

The staff was very helpful and informative. They even gave us a list showing the nearest restaurants to us when we asked what is around. We were also giving two toothbrushes when we only asked for one. The beds were very comfy and the room was very clean.

It was very hot in the middle of the night but we might have just not seen a thermostat in there. There was also ink stains on the other side of my sheet that didn't bother me but I thought might be noteworthy. There also wasn't a mini-fridge which was somewhat unexpected so that's the only real "complaint".

Melvin, the shutttle driver was fabulous. He brought cheer to the group of us after along day’s travel. Very upbeat helpful and kind. He made the stay especially memorable.

I ordered off the breakfast menu and shouldn’t have. The buffet would have been better. The eggs Benedict were awful and the potatoes cold. Lesson learned.

what I didn’t like was the pool was very very cold cold colds you can fell the heat pockets in the pool it was to cold to swim the bed mattress so soft you go all the way to the floor they need to get Nw Mattress

I can't say anything negative about the Hilton. I had a king room with a walk-in shower. It room was comfortable, clean and quiet. They had a good size TV in the room also which made the evening enjoyable. Their complimentary breakfast was good.

The restaurant was ok, I was hoping when I went in for dinner a larger selection of entrees.

The gym was sufficient with a variety of life styles and peloton machines. Most of the registration desk were very cheerful and helpful, the same about the shuttle staff.

The food was okay below my expectations for a Hilton. The bed was too comfortable .. I like extra firm beds.
