The staff was excellent. The front desk man was Pedro Reyes. He was very quick, professional and always greeted us with a hello Mr. Wright. He takes pride in his work. All the staff was great and helpful. Pedro stood out among them. He did a great job of checking in and out groups of people in a timely manner. Always smiling and asking them is all okay. Keep this employee, even if you have to handcuff him and pay him more.

Nothing. All was good. We are going to continue to book more reservations with Spring hill Suites interest future.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They had a nice warm breakfast bar with a variety of food to choose from. The room and property were clean and smelled really nice.

The property is due for an update. The carpet and couch in our room had stains all over. It would have also been nice to have a footstool or hassock to use to prop your feet up when sitting on the couch watching tv. There were lots of snags in the carpet in the hallways and the vinyl on the benches in the breakfast room were cracking.

The staff were just amazing, they made the stay so comfortable.

There was one lady who was extremely rude to us, and started shouting at us because we asked her why the fire alarms went off two days in a row. She started yelling at us, and was extremely disrespectful.

Housekeeper was knocking on everyone's doors and opened our door before 9am, asking when were going to checkout. I am well aware checkout is 11am. Completely unprofessional. I did have a manager reach out to me but unsure if they kept the employee or talked to her about it, so make sure you put the latch on since she said she does it often.

Great Customer Service (loved all of the diversity too) and the Shuttle Driver was great too! Location, Spacious Rooms well equipped and good value!

It would of been nice to have a casual restaurant on property. There are other options for meals but it was pouring rain with thunder & lightning last night!

Good rate and good breakfast. Friendly staff and clean rooms with good housekeeping.

They do charge 40 per night for incidental so do be prepared! The only thing that is off is if someone is above your room and they are running or heavy walkers you will hear it. it doesn’t bother me a great deal but some may not like it.

That the pool wasn't working I wlent to the front to complain its my daughter 16th birthday and she wanted a hotel with a pool for her and her nephews and cousin they was supposed to call a neighboring hotel and ask if w3 could've use there pool but they nevered got back to me

it was great. the breakfast was okay. the punch and coffee in the lobby area were good. you the gym had bottles of water and towels for the guests to use.

the vanity was too small in the bathroom. its not big enough for two people to place their personal items.

This hotel have perfect price for everything they offer! They blond girl that works in the desk is amazing very good energy and made all my stay perfect! Thanks a lot all staff!

king bed don’t have very good pillow top to keep the bed together so in some night you may have an gap between.

The locked exits. I had to continuously use the front entrance when returning from parking lot. Also my microwave didn't work. I had to wait over 30 minutes to get a replacement. That inconvenienced my time. I had to sanitize all over. I wasn't comfortable with 2 maintenance men entering my room especially by being alone.
