Fairfield Inn Boston Woburn

Good value for the Boston area. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We asked for a quiet room, and staff really accommodated our request. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was varied and offered a range of items. The breakfast staff was very good. Small exercise room and laundry (cheap!) were a bonus. Walking distance to restaurants and supermarket, and train station into Boston was an easy 5-minute drive. Would stay here again.

I witnessed a food delivery person being told to take delivery to the person it was for no wasn’t comfortable with this lack of security especially since it was late at night. I would assume no one who isn’t a guest at the hotel should be allowed on the floors. I feel the front desk should receive packages and call guests down to the lobby to pick them up.

24-hour availability of HOT coffee was a bonus as we were sometimes out late. Beds were very comfortable. Cleanliness level was good. Check-in and check-out were quick and handled efficiently.

1. Elevator was v-e-r-y slow! 2. Bread and bagels needed for breakfast! 3. Despite having the sign at the door requesting privacy, one Housekeeping staff walked in unannounced, disturbing my husband's afternoon nap. We had NOT asked for the room to be made up beforehand. Most unprofessional attitude. And it did make us wonder how safe our valuables were if staff could walk in for no good reason.

Breakfast was great We always appreciate when breakfast is offered. That is one of the reasons why I choose this location. And the service was great everyone was kind and professional!

The only thing was it had a bit of a weird smell. Nothing terrible but just kinda old like it needed some fresh air.

The room was up to snuff. Clean and comfortable. Mobile Check in and check out was great.

Only issue is that there is interstate 95 on one side and a main road on the other. A train track is on the third side. We heard the sound only when we were awake - the windows did a great job of insulating the sound. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room facing the front and away from the train track.

A good breakfast with plenty of options. Parking lot well lit and clean.L

It took a long time to get hot water. Elevator was down for a day. First day our room wasn't cleaned, and second day the trash wasn't emptied. They didn't leave coffee and cups in the room on the third day.

There was no breakfast available after the boys soccer team got there. We were about 30 minutes to late for food. We came to eat at 8:00 am.

Came down to have breakfast at 8 o’clock and there was a soccer team that must’ve been there earlier and we’re just leaving they ate everything in the cafeteria there was nothing for breakfast except a yogurt and some dry cereal there was no milk to even put on the cereal the coffees were empty we just went to McDonald’s

Cleanliness of bathroom and smell in hallway was horrible. We refused to use pool because was so disgusting.

As it always is when we stay at the Fairfield in Woburn, everything was perfect. We make this our home base whenever we visit Boston and we are never disappointed. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, always there to answer questions or provide anything you may need with a smile and good conversation. Our room is always clean and comfortable and we love the 24/7 coffee access near the front desk. We had a king room this time with pull out sofa and there were two little round tables in front of the sofa that were great for my husband and I to have our coffee and breakfast at in the mornings. I cannot say enough good things about this place and their staff. A+ all the way around.

There really isn't anything we had to complain about.

I won’t lie, the exterior needs some love & I was a little nervous when I pulled up but this stay exceeded all of my expectations! The interior is super clean!! (Kudos to the housekeeping team) The beds were comfy and all of the staff were super kind, friendly, and extra helpful!! I also loved that the rooms had white noise sleep sound machines.... I always bring my own when I have to sleep in hotels to drown out noise around us, very convenient to have them already there! More hotels should do the same! We had a situation where my car broke down in the parking lot and when my husband finally got there to fix the car, we were getting heavy hurricane torrential down pours so they were kind enough to let us stay safely inside until the storm subsided.... amazing hospitality!! <3
