The to go breakfast had a nice variety of foods, and the coffee was hot and delicious!

The carpeting in the hallway on the first floor is a major hazard! It’s very rippled and the seams are coming apart in many places. My daughter and I tripped several times, but thankfully didn’t fall. An elderly and or a person with a physical disability or impairment might not fare as well! Hopefully there are plans to replace the carpeting asap!!

The hotel was nice and comfortable despite the currently renovation running on the ground floor. Staff are Friendly and well knowledge on the Front Desk (special thank you for Nick )Room was clean, beds and pillow very comfortable. Location is very close to the shopping center but the hotel is in very calm area what we like the most you can sleep deeply. We liked so much our stay with the family and will rebook again when visiting Boston.

Great location. Hot breakfast buffet available for $16/person. Not happy with broken ice machine on 2nd floor. Halfway down the hall, away from elevator, which we were next to. Sent my 72 year old husband down hall, then back to elevator, down to 1st floor, back down hall, back to elevator, and up again. How about a sign in elevator letting people know this?

The room was very nice and the price couldn’t be beat. I thought the location near the highway might be loud but I didn’t hear traffic.

The rugs in the hall on the first floor were rippled and presented a tripping hazard. My 88 year old mother was with us and I was afraid she would fall. I saw a younger person trip. They need to be replaced.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed so we got a bagged breakfast. Had lots of selection though like bagels, muffins, yogurt, apple juice, granola bar. Room was clean and the lady who checked us in was friendly.

Soap was super small and thin. The man who checked me out was not friendly at all. He kinda just grumbled at me.

The property is conveniently located off of the highway. There is a large shopping mall nearby. The location is fantastic for sightseeing different areas of Boston/Salem.

They are doing renovations so some of the areas were closed., like the kitchen, bar, restaurant and pool areas. The carpeting in the lower floor was taped down & bumpy.

Location was right off the highway and near our venue so that was very convenient. We had to leave very early so we did not partake in the breakfast, unfortunately.

Pool and bar were closed due to construction.

This second time staying at this hotel, very quite great location because you shopping, and restaurants .

When weather nice outside they have no benches sit on. I noticed that filter in bathroom and hallway need some cleaning. And the city Burlington need put sidewalks down it would make easier for people who live area and at the hotel can walk to things

the rooms were very clean and well kept, everything was up to date, and the staff was exceptional! we just left yesterday and we are already planning our tip for next year and plan on staying here again!

nothing everything was amazing and it was Definitely one of the best hotels we have been to in a while!
