Excellent rooms, good breakfast - a very comfortable stay overall, no issues with the room/hotel itself.

Not an ideal location if you do not have a vehicle and are specifically visiting Boston to sightsee. It is a decent walk from the Woburn train station (took us 30-40 minutes dragging luggage) - also note the commuter rail requires a seperate ticket to the regular Boston bus/subway services. There are other public transport options but will all take well over an hour to get to Boston central. Had we known it was this far, we probably would not have booked our stay here.

The room.service was not good at all. We had asked for extra towels and rather then brining the extra towels to the room we were asked to pick them up from the counter. We stayed for 4 night and on the 3 rd night we were supposed to get the room cleaned but never did. I went to the front and they told me that we had to request for a room clean and when we came back the next day room was not cleaned at all beds were left the way we put them and no garbage was taken out or nothing. Very very disappointed

This hotel is close to a Market Basket grocery store where you can buy excellent food such as salads at a good price. In addition, this hotel is close to the highway and has lots of parking spots. So, it is convenient if you drive your car here or rent a car. Furthermore, they provided bread, meat, eggs and orange juices for the breakfast. The beds are comfortable.

It would be great if they could move the breakfast time from 7:00AM to 6:00AM for those travelers who need to check out early morning.

My room was nice, and everything (including the sofa) was very comfortable. I like that there was a recycling option in the room itself.

There are no USB outlets in the room, which was unexpected, so I had to keep switching devices to get everything charged. Also, breakfast was okay, but not great, and I wish that the utensils were individually wrapped and that guests had more room to move around each other. Just for food safety in general.

Really nice clean room, comfy bed, decent amenities, free parking, close to shops and food places, walkable or driveable within minutes with an arcade opposite too and restaurant/sports bar across the car park 2 mins walk. Fabulous location close to Boston centre to drive too. Would stay again happily.

Maids did not clean/refresh room in 3 night stay but personally wasn't too bothered. Breakfast free is ok but minimal choice.

very nice room. close to and easy drive to Boston. Handicap accessible was very accommodating for wheel chairs. Breakfast area was clean and spacious but not accessible. just took food back to room. Had hand held shower head and regular shower head. made it very easy for anyone to shower. Multiple Restaurants nearby to chose from. would stay again and would recommend for handicap accessible.

no chair or couch in room to sit other than desk chair or bed. they did allow us to use chair from lobby for my mom which was a great help.

There was confusion over how frequently the room would be serviced. At check-in, we were told every other day. Then, it was every third day. On the 4th day, we finally got the room serviced (towels, trashed removed, etc.). When the room got serviced, it was exceptionally well done.

I loved the bed!!! It was so comfortable, I just wanted to stay forever in it😴 Everything was so clean and smelled very clean as well! I have stayed with Sonesta begore and will continue to stay with them. They never disappoint!

I really wished they had given us a room that was not handicap. I was looking foward to taking a bath! I also thought what if someone with a wheelchair comes in and needs that room.... it was slightly strange to me..

Very competitive prices for what we got! The room was clean and spacious, beds comfortable. Location was excellent for those who have a car - easy access from both main interstates, lots of options for eating out nearby. Breakfast wasn't extraordinary, but good enough to start a day. The reception staff was super nice, friendly, and efficient.

Nothing specifically negative to say...

We came on a Tuesday and was told at the desk there was a breakfast place ( you had to pay ) which was fine. We asked this on Tuesday evening after getting back to the hotel around 9 PM. One we woke and went downstairs we were told that the breakfast was closed Wednesday and Thursday due to staffing issues - no where was this on the website. We had to run out to Dunk's quickly. They then pointed to the sign that said in tiny red letters at the bottom it was closed. The manager offered to make muffins if we could wait. I understand staffing issues but if they were willing to make muffins, would have been great to have a muffin and would have been satisfied with that.
