The room was great, overall we were surprised how big the hotel was. It was nice that there was coffee in the morning even if your room didn't come with breakfast. Staff was very friendly.

We were looking forward to the outdoor pool but it was closed. We did use the indoor pool a few times and enjoyed it, however, it didn't seem very clean. The water was super cloudy. There were also some guests with a young baby who wasn't wearing a swim diaper. We swam with a child ourselves, so this isn't an anti-kids comment. There should maybe be some rules and enforcement.

Very comfortable bed. Very accommodating staff. Jose at the front desk was particularly helpful. Shower was amazing.

Inadequate lighting over the bathroom sink, especially for a taller person. Lamps, although numerous, did not have adjustable light levels (either too bright or off), and none of them turned on from the hall switch. Would expect better dining options including breakfast for a hotel of this level. Room was prepaid on a credit card however a deposit was still held. I absolutely hate hidden deposits. On a good day, they are a nuisance. If one's budget is tight however, they can severely compromise a trip by freezing funds.

I booked and Paid through Booking.com. When I got there I was told I hadn’t paid and was charged again. When I looked online at my CC statement I went to front desk to inform them. They were so helpful and took care of it.

Staff was very unfriendly. Charged me for internet services though I was supposed to receive it with no charges Had to fight for my right for long time against two very unfriendly guys. Internet was VERY slow, 5-6 Mb/s as checked several times using Ookla speedometer. The quoted price for the service is way too high though you can get it for free. Left with a bitter taste. Not very clever.

Absolutely loved my check in experience. Jeylan, the reception clerk, was absolutely amazing. The room was comfortable, tastefully furnished and good beds. The breakfast was just great.

Could not believe that hotel charges for internet. Very unpleasant surprise. Pool was closed also.

The Front desk staff was amazing. We checked in very late after a long drive and the team was very welcoming.

Breakfast. Very limited. Just as we arrived at the restaurant, for some reason they were removing the pastries and our only options were scrambled eggs, bacon and bread / and some items from the fridge.

great location for what we were needing to get accomplished while in town. very pleased with restaurant on site- food was great, our server (Erin?) was great. she had the whole section to herself which might be related to COVID. Our drinks were a little long coming out but she never made us feel rushed.

USB ports in room please. perhaps update lamps or alarm clock that have them built in.

The don´t have room service....Also, the first day i had an accident with a beverage and they didnt change the sheets the other day....I understand this rule of no changing sheets normally, but that´s basic clean service if something happens.

The rooms were very nice especially for the price. The tv had Netflix on it if you have your login information. The bathroom were beautiful especially the showers. Breakfast was very delicious and a huge selection for $13

We ordered dinner to go for two because the dining hall was closed due to Covid. It was such a let down for nearly $80 for two plates. We both agreed it tasted like microwaved Applebees. Also I don’t believe the Wifi was free, it asked me if I was member to log on or pay $13 a night for it.

Clean, breakfast, free convenient parking and good location for myself.
