The room we booked was unavailable when we arrived, it was inconvenient but Tonya at the front desk was very apologetic, professional and friendly even as we were showing our displeasure. Tonya went above and beyond to get us acceptable accommodations, she quickly discussed options and offered extras to appease us. The room was clean and the hotel is in a perfect location, central to the many attractions in that area of MA. Salem, Boston, Lexington and Concord are all within about 30 minutes. Again we thank Tonya for working through the unexpected difficulties and making our stay very enjoyable.

Having easy access to a simple well equipped Kitchenette enabled us to have the specialist breakfast we need to have. . Access to Coffee 24/7 from the "store" was a bonus. The bathroom was spacious, clean and a pleasure to use. Within walking distance of Burlington Mall and the surrounding restaurants was a plus.

The elevator was slow and temperamental, but then I remember it was that way 15 years ago when I first stayed here. All in all I guess it is probably in better condition than I am all those years later.

Conveniently located apartments, pet friendly near Burlington town center. This offers comfortable stay with full set kitchen, work facilities and comfortable beds. Just a few mins walk to the superstore, provides convinience at hand for short term travelers like us. There are also few highly rated restaurants and coffee shops around making this place a perfect stay for work or leisure.

Payment system at the front desk is very uncertain. They often do not work with international cards and leads to delay in the check in process. Not all staff is well trained and was unable to extend my stay and had to wait for seniors to come in.

The one bedroom suite has a small sitting area and a kitchen for preparing meals. It is comfortable and a good place to feel at home away from home. Staff is attentive and friendly.

Though I reserved a one bedroom suite a month ahead of time, and called the day of our late arrival to make sure it was available for our late arrival, the suite was not available until the following day. Staff was helpful in resolving this. The hall carpets are worn out and stained.

It was a great value for us who just needed a place to stay that had a kitchenette. We got what we paid for - no big frills or extra add ons as a property - a very honest lodging experience. The location was outstanding - close to the expressway, mall and a huge supermarket. If you are traveling to the Boston area with a car, and want to use a place as a "base camp" for your adventures I can't see how you'd go wrong with this place.

While it was a clean facility overall, it was a bit worn - but that comes with the territory of staying somewhere at that price point, The only negative was a slow, slow elevator - just take the stairs if you can.

I tried a bunch of other budget hotels in the area (work trips), and this the only one I returned to more than once. 1) I liked the room and kitchen. I can cook my own food in the kitchen. 2) I like the location of the hotel. We have good restaurants, mall and a big general store nearby with walkable distance.

1) I was unhappy that the shuttle service got discontinued. I thought it was a very nice option to have. 2) I was also not happy that the breakfast is not included. 3) The elevator or service lift needs to be improved.

Room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Location is convenient to Lahey hospital, as well as restaurants and other services. Kitchenette was great for our needs (brought back 2nd half of our restaurant meal.)

TV did not have WGBH (Boston PBS station), though they did have other local channels. Need to ask to replace towels every day. No nightstand on one side of bed.

Stayed with my wife and 15 year old son. We were in town for a basketball tournament. What you have in this place are two separate sleeping areas. Its set up like a one bedroom bachelor pad. A bedroom with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. A kitchen area off the living room. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator/freezer w/ ice maker. A stove top, microwave and dishwasher. There are utensils and plates. There is a laundry room on the first floor. Use of the washers and dryers is free. in the same room is a gym. Free weights, weight machine, treadmill and an elliptical. You can work out while you do your laundry, for free. Location is great. Near everything. I’ve stayed in places that are a lot more “fancy” and expensive, that do not offer the convenience and amenities this place does. A little dated? Yes. Some wear and tear on the furniture? Yes. If you’re looking to have your bed turned down and a mint on your pillow each night, this is not the place for you. But, for what it is, and offers, it’s 5 star. All for $137 a night.

the room was very clean. bed was comfortable. location excellent. I like having the “kitchen” in my room. I never used the gym or laundry but good to know they were available. The front desk staff were very helpful.

I could hear my “neighbors” at times.
