The king suite was spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable, well decorated, well appointed, well equipped, and overall like a small apartment. The breakfast was good and dining area was clean. The staff was friendly, available, and responsive. The grounds were well kept and provided a pleasant outdoor retreat.

There could have been some towel racks and a clothes hook in the sink and bathroom areas. The kitchen also had no towel racks. Also, the breakfast area could have used a few more small tables. There were many tables for four, but few for two, resulting in underutilized table space.

Our room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms suite was very convenient for family staying. Clean room. Kitchen in the room with microwave, washing machine, fridge, coffee machine are helpful. There was a shared laundry room with $3 for washing and $3 for optional drying total of $6 cost. You can buy detergent from mini market store in the hotel.

Breakfast are provided with medium quality. You should see and order your breakfast behind a window desk and a service staff is giving you what you want. This is one of the reasons of crowded breakfast line. Everything is from fridge and cold including breads, donuts, muffins, eggs etc. and have to be heated but there is only one toaster machine and microwave in breakfast area and you should wait other people a lot in the line to heat your stuffs.

The room was an excellent set-up for our needs, our son was able to use the bedroom space to sleep in a bit, play games, watch TV, etc., while my husband was able to do his work in the living area of the suite. The kitchenette was great for coffee, as well as snacks and quick meals. We could have done much more cooking than we actually did, and the facilities and tools were great. My son especially loved the pool, and he was thrilled to be able to spend long stretches there during the day to unwind and have fun. The accommodations took what would have been a boring trip to be endured, and turned into a great mini-vacation that we were all able to enjoy.

I enjoyed the comfort of the rooms and the amenities offered. Generally speaking, the staff was nice.

I had an issue at the time of check out when a huge error was made in that they tried to bill me twice. I called the General Manager, and he/she was NEVER available to speak with me and he/she NEVER returned my call to settle the issue. I had to go to my bank to prove that the property had made an error to have over $2,000 credited to my account.

Our room was set up brilliantly for us with our daughter having her own room. The kitchen and fridge were a life saver for us when we ate in Breakfast had a great choice of foods and suited all 3 of us

It was a shame the pool didn't open on memorial weekend as previously confirmed to us. We had our 8yo with us who had been promised the hotel had a pool. She did have fun playing on the basket ball court but we were disappointed about not having a pool to relax by on times we weren't spending time with our family who we had come to visit Also the TV in the main room broke and it was reported a few times and someone was promised to come and repair... this never happened

I'm giving the property a 10 because the staff were out of this world. Absolutely went above and beyond regular customer service. We had an issue with our son and they were so helpful, kind and asked how everything was after everything had calmed down. Having the kitchenette was a life (and money) saver. The location was easy to find and there was a Dunkin Donuts just on the other side of the parking lot. Beds were comfortable.

The garbage disposal wasn't working so our sink was backed up after trying to do dishes (they were going to fix it), the pool was out of order (I think it was about to open as we were leaving. Seemed like it was being filled. I'm only mentioning it because my kids bugged us relentlessly over it.) and the pullout couch or carpet (we couldn't figure out which) smelled. The couch cushions were in bad condition (the leather was torn off but that's only esthetic.)

Asked for shower gel bottle to be replaced (empty) and for 2 bath towels at the front desk but they were never delivered or given to us (we’d have gone to the front desk if that was easier, but the woman said they’d take care of it).

Excellent location for us. Room was well equiped and comfortable. Staff was excellent and friendly. Breakfast was good.

TV channels were sufficient, but without a program guide, it was frustrating. Leaving extra trash bags in the room would help keep trash moving out.

I check in Aug/28/2021 the front desk staff very helpful and friendly. The next day morning staff were not friendly. The staff wasn't great in the morning to serves for the breakfast when I ask for a bottled of water she was so rude. She said we are not giving out botted water any more. I asked why you put the bottled water in the breakfast area. The breakfast was poor not thing to eat. We stay 3 night only the first day morning offer bagels.

The lady at the reception desk is hilarious!!! She's so much fun! Has an amazing gift if making people feel like home and welcomed. I arrived early and my room wasn't ready. She apologized for the inconvenience, and gave options for me to spend my time in the area until my room was ready. In fact, a day later after I checked out, I ran into her at the mall and the laughing and hysterical nature continued. She was great!!

I feel like the facility needs a bit of renovation. The elevators are clunky and slow. Some of the furniture in my room is suffering from extreme wear and tear. The small couch that's in the room had ripped cushion covers. Rather than replacing it, they just put a bed sheet on top. It was a lazy fix to a solution. Otherwise, everything was great.
