Room was clean. Staff is very polite and welcoming, resolved all my questions very fast. Breakfast was good too. The location is reasonable, but see below. Internet was fast and stable. The TV is big and nice. It's 15-20min taxi ride from the airport.

Rooms are not soundproof enough. Anyone walking or talking outside the door can be heard as clear and loud as if they're inside the room. Same goes for showers and flushing toilet. Windows cannot be opened, so you're stuck with twiddling AC unit cold/warm modes to make some air flow. The location is very car-centric, there are no shuttles, buses, or trains nearby. Sidewalks are there, but they're basically by an effective freeway.

The two employees working when I checked in made me want to return. They were friendly and helpful, extremely informative and efficient. They arranged parking, the taxi for the next morning, told us about breakfast and encouraged us to go and helped us pick a takeout for the evening. Absolutely excellent service.

The next morning there was a different person working. Our flight was leaving until 4 so I asked if it was possible to have a later checkout. She responded no. No explanation, no checking the computer to see if they could accommodate it, just a blunt rude no. Staffing makes all the difference.

The breakfast was great. I loved the fact that they served Turkey sausage daily to accommodate people who don't eat pork. I didn't plan on washing clothes, but the washer and dryer on every floor was convenient. Plus, they sell detergent! I loved that my room has a tub. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

They need a separate tong just for the Turkey Sausage, as to not cross contaminate with the pork. The stopper in the tub didn't work. I was unable to take a bath, which I was looking forward to. Additionally, there was a little mold in the bathroom (Room 219). It is on the ceiling above the tub, along the edge of the room.

Best breakfast in 3 weeks of our round-trip. There was a small fitness room and an outdoor swimming pool.

The place was next to the highway and the windows were not keeping out all the noise of the road. For the price charged, there should be made some investments in this. Also the room was really small, we could hardly get in all three our suitcases.

Check in was super easy as well as the check out . The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The room was neat and the bed was comfortable. Also I LOVE the fact that they have dispensers in the showers as opposed to little tiny bottles. Less waste. Finally a hotel that gets it! Breakfast was okay. They have warm cinnamon rolls that were too sweet for me but others enjoyed. It's also easy to access when coming off the highway.

As much as I love the location because it's easy access from the airport highway but close to actual home. I still hate RT. 1 If you happen to miss your turn it's a whole process to get back on to the side/correct location you're trying to get to. That's just my personal opinion though. The pillows were too soft. Not firm pillow to be seen. The cabinet door that held the mini fridge couldn't shut and was something that we had to make sure to check and lookout for when using the bathroom at night. Also the plugs in the lamps to possibly charge your phone on the nightstand did not work.

The lady at the front desk went above & beyond looking for me a pair of earplugs- not just looking behind the counter. She checked multiple closets. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast looked amazing, but due to already having breakfast plans, I was unable to partake.

The breakfast was great! Way more than I expected! Hot eggs, bacon, sausage, even cinnamon rolls.. oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, juice, milk, coffee!! It was great!!

The WiFi was out most of my stay! All the channels said weak signal!! I was upset that I only got to watch 3 days of TV and I was here for almost six days!

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing and soo good. Our room was spacious comfortable. The beds where so comfortable.

The location of the hotel is very city. I am a country girl so it took some getting use to. Also it took a minute to get out of the hotel driveway into the main street because of so much traffic.

The hotel was great the staff was great. The bed was literally the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on.

It's not something I didn't like per say. I thought house keeping came in everyday but I guess not. I was only there for 2 days so it wasn't that serious. I just wasn't sure if I was supposed to ask for them to come or what.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast area was very clean and organized and had a lot of options

The scrambled eggs tasted like artificial eggs and the bacon was over done. I have asthma and there was too much scent in the air to be Able to breath comfortably.
