Great location. Very comfortable. Clean room. All needs met in my booked room

The only reason I did not give a perfect score is when I booked the room almost 2 weeks before I stayed there, I specifically asked for a top floor, end unit. I didn’t want anyone above me as walls tend to be thin at hotels. And the hotel received my request and wrote back saying they would do as requested. But I did not get what I asked for. 6 floors in this hotel, I was on floor 4 right in the middle of the 4th floor so at times, there was noise above me while I was trying to rest. Why lie? I don’t understand why say yes, then do otherwise. I was not in a mood to go argue my point and ask to change rooms I was exhausted.

Staff was courteous and welcoming. Breakfast was a bit too salty, but the salmon dinner was delicious! The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, and the room was inviting and very quiet. Early check in made it possible to get lots of rest after several nights of little to no sleep.

Less salt should be added to the eggs and potatoes. Otherwise, everything was great.

I liked the Starbucks offerings and the staff was friendly and professional. Front desk staff were very helpful. My bed was very comfortable and clean. Good housekeeping.

On rooms that overlook the highway Complimentary ear plugs could be offered. My first night was not good because of the noise coming from the trucks on the highway..

Wow! Breakfast was fantastic! I loved the variety and the flavors. My favorite was the peanut butter toast with berries. The Starbucks coffee was the perfect addition!

I wish the hot tub had been open instead of blocked off. I love hot tubs, and believe this would draw more guests to the property if possible.

I went there becauseb of the closeness of Melrose Wakefield Hospital where I had surgery. It was convenient to stay there and not to drive long distance in trafgic before and after surgery

They advertise hot tub but there is no hut tub . The took it apart and do not plan to reopen. It should not be on the website

Breakfast great. Bartender was very friendly. I was going to my room with my food but he was so nice I ate dinner at his bar. Food was very good. He made me very comfortable and super friendly I am over 60 and he took time to talk to me and made my evening enjoyable

The room was super clean and had all facilities we needed and the staff was super friendly and accommodative. For the price, it was really good.

Nothing. Only difference we felt was the breakfast info. Initially it was mentioned that it is a flat rate of $8 but the reception mentioned that it was pay by item.

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS HOTEL.THE ROOM WAS VERY SPCACIOUS AND THE BATHROOM WAS VERY ROOMY THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE I ALREADY LOOK FOWARD TO STAYING THERE AGAIN.,,,,P.S. THE STAFF WAS WARM AND FRIENDLY I THANK THEM ALL..

The price of the food sm cup of coffee 4.50 toasted bagel 7.00 maybe do a free Continental along with the restaurant food.

Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was safe with excellent grab bar. Bed was comfy. Bedding was comfy.

Check in was a little difficult. I wanted early checkin, but they didn’t seem able to accommodate. I was able to get in 30 minutes early only. But there was no extra charge.
