The hotel was very clean. My room was pretty spacious for two people. I liked that I could make coffee in my room (although I didn’t need to since I could make tea in the breakfast dining area). The parking lot was enormous. I never had to worry about finding a space. The breakfast was pretty good and the dining area was pleasant.

There wasn’t much that I didn’t like. It would have been great to have Netflix or some other streaming service.

The cost of the room was what brought us here. It’s not overly fancy. It’s very comfortable. Has everything that you need and the staff is very friendly. The hot breakfast in the morning was outstanding and again the staff helping with that was very friendly. I said to my husband for comfortable hotels with value, this is a great place to stay.

There’s nothing to complain about at the property. If you’re into overly fancy, don’t bother come but this place was great and a great value.

The breakfast was awesome! Lots of variety. Cheese omelet was HOT and good. Turkey bacon and sausage also served warm. The make your own pancakes were fabulous (plain and blueberry). Fresh fruit, rice chex, juices, yogurt, different coffees and tea. Cheese and apple danish. Hard to decide! Only downside: prepackaged plain bagels, no English muffins.

The facility is rather worn and dated. They are removing the in-room coffee machines. Big mistake!

That the pool was very cold and the pool room. When asked if they could turn up the heat, the front staff stated that they didn’t know how to do that but didn’t offer any suggestions as to how to fix the problem. If you are going to offer year round pool availability, make sure it is enjoyable and not a polar dip! Also have a floor that is designated for families with small children. Not all of us appreciate the noise of small children.

Good location with restaurants, gas stations, stores fairly close. The breakfast is a hot breakfast with a good selection including protein like eggs, yogurt, meat. Clean, comfortable, and decent price.

Our remote for the tv didn't work in our room at all, so you had to manaully change the channels and turn the tv on/off. We had some noisy people in the hallway, including a young girl knocking on doors. Didn't report it to front desk, so can't really blame hotel for others lack of consideration.

Comfortable room, very clean. Bins emptied and beds made every day. Convenient location for highways. Coffee machine made good coffee and water dispenser filled our bottles with cold water for the day. Fridge in the bedroom was quite large for a room fridge.

Strong disinfectant smell on entering the room that took 1 day to go away. Air conditioning was sometimes re-set by the cleaning staff so one evening it was really cold when we got back. No extractor fan in bathroom. No wholewheat bread in the breakfast offerings = low on healthy food.

The pool was an definite plus. The breakfast was great everyday. Room was clean & the maid stopped by almost everyday to make the beds & pick up wet towels. The hotel was recently remodeled. The lobby was very nice. I had also requested a room near an entrance or elevator. We were 2 doos from an entrance. Liked the new key system. Beds were very comfortable.

The room was small for 2 adults & a child. There was no separate seating area, and no towel racks. We had to make several trips to the front desk for additional towels, & once for toilet paper.

Breakfast was very substantial, a major bonus while traveling without access to a kitchen. The pool was nice and warm, and overall the hotel was clean and quiet. This was the perfect location to use as a springboard for visiting Boston, Salem and Concord.

Could have used some fruit/veg options for breakfast.

I was in town for a funeral, and I put in the wrong dates for my stay. The girl up front was amazing! (I'm kicking myself for not getting her name) I arrived Friday March 10th so please look up who was working. The girl without any extra stress for me helped me change the date to the correct date ( that night)so that my family (husband and toddler) could check in while I headed out ti the wake. My mistake could have caused huge issues, considering we had just driving 2 1/2 hours with a 2 year old. However the girl fixed the problem within a matter of minute so we were able to get up to the room. I just think she should be recognized for going above and beyond. She made what could have been a extra stressful situation, a complete breeze. We'll come back because of how she handled things.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfy, the shower was good. the breakfast had a lot of option i was surprised, really enjoy. i recommend.

inside of elevator need a little be more attention on the cleanness. They should vaccum and use the stainless steal to take the marks and finger prints on the wall of the elevator would be nice.
