the rooms where clean and comfortable. During our stay we had an issue with some loud neighbours and the following night they accommodated us with a new room away from the noise with our any issues.

sounds can echo and be very loud. if someone is running or having a conversation in the hall you can hear it. Our first room was clean, but I did notice that there weee signs of mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. not very noticeable but it was certainly developing.

The bed was very comfortable.

When I called the morning of check-in to see if we could do an early check-in, I was told, "It just depends" and to "call back later". After flying into town on a red eye, it was frustrating not to get a definite answer and have to wait around.

Convenient to my brothers wedding venue. Staff was very accommodating for the amount of people.

They did not have a shuttle in service from the hotel to the venue across the street and it was difficult to get transportation for a large wedding party.

Friendly staff, clean, safe, and comfortable bed. Snacks in the pantry to purchase. That is all I need and the rest just adds to the price. Location was perfect between the 2 highways. Late checkin at 2am and no issues at all. 24 hour front desk coverage. Requested a late checkout, no issue. Nice restaurant next door. Good breakfast food, clean, plenty of room.

The pool is very nice and they make good coffee in the lobby. It is in the perfect location to get on and off the highway if visiting Salem. It is a comfortable place to stay and they had the nicest TV in a hotel room I have ever seen. The bed was very comfortable.

The furniture in the room seemed a bit miss matched. A few tiles were broken in the bathroom and the toilet seat, though functional seemed damaged. I found it odd that there was no “Do Not Disturb” tag for the front door. When I asked for one at the front desk they said they didn’t have any. No one cleaned our room on the second day. When I asked about it at the front desk, they said it was because we did not fill out a card informing the cleaning crew how long we were staying. I felt it unusual that this responsibility would’ve fallen on the guest. I also informed them that we had never received the card to fill out.

We went to Salem for Halloween. It was just far enough out that we were away from the main strip (like 15 mins), but also directly off of a highway. Didn't have any sound issues but nothing special to look out at and when they were doing road work late at night, we had to maneuver getting in.

The bathroom needs a fan. There wasn't one and it looked like mold spores were on the ceiling. The bathroom needs some updates and deep cleaning.

It was a perfect location as we were able to go to the Lynn Auditorium one day and Salem the next.

My bed had the sheet over the comforter and at that point, I just kept it there as I feel the comfortogers in ALL hotels are dirty. Hard to get out of the hotel with the traffic oncoming.

The facilities were really clean and the breakfast was amazing! Staff were so nice and accommodating.

The location is safe and clean. It's only 20 minutes away from salem. The actual view from the hotel is not great as it is right off of a highway.

The service and suggestions from the desk...Monica and Alex were both very helpful, and the included breakfast was extremely delicious and filling.
