Breakfast was very good with sufficient variety. Thank you for providing oat milk! I figured that might not be provided. The facility was quiet, generally, which I like. Staff courteously answered questions that I had. Beds were clean and comfortable.

One small matter is that since pets, particularly dogs, are permitted in room with the guest, there is the chance of persistent, irritating barking. That did happen, next door to our room, which was 515. The evening manager on duty was very responsive, contacting the dog owner. The barking stopped after an hour or so, but we still had to endure that during the 9 to 10 p.m. hour . Evidently the owner was not in the room from the afternoon through the evening, leaving the dog unsupervised. If guests want dogs in their room, they should not be allowed to leave them alone.

The staff there was amazing. They help me out a lot with directions. Haley, Hannah and Toni we are very good. Toni, I have to say spend the greatest amount of time with me and even helped me update my phone so Google maps would give me verbal directions. she showed me on my own maps, which I had printed which saved me from grief going to the airport. She was really great. Hannah and Haley also were quite good and help me out. They all made my stay well worth it.

I really enjoyed the vegetarian options for breakfast because I am a vegetarian. I also do not eat eggs. I have milk, products. There was yogurt., bagels, and oatmeal. I would like to see whole wheat, bagels, and organic foods whenever possible.

We had loud music and you barely can hear it out the room. The room didn’t smell like most hotels it smelled clean. The room was prestigious clean, the beds had soft and fluffy sheets and pillows. we we able to enjoy the sauna and pool every night and listen to music without anyone complaining. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. Coffee was available 24 hours. There were ice machine on each floor and next to check in they have like a mini market where you can purchase items you might had left behind. I will definitely be staying there again and my family plans to as-well.

The room is bit out dated, the lamp was broke and appeared that it was due to how old it was. and the sofa had some stains on them. Stains are mostly a guest issue because the guest stay there, however staffing should keep up with those issues. But that’s all I have as far as any complaints in the room. The pool area can be updated with rust going on in there with the metal and cleaning around the wall above the pool. Mind you the pool and sauna were very clean!!!!

The room was absolutely wonderful . It felt like we were “at home” . I also loved how it was pet friendly . Everything was very clean and the breakfast was nice . We will be retuning !

The only complaint that I have is that the pool was closed completely . I usually only book hotels with pools/hot tubs and we couldn’t use either one . There was water in the pool, but no one was able to go in due to a sign that said closed. This is my only complaint . Everything else was really wonderful

The property was spotless with an amazing staff from front desk associates, maintenance personnel, and the always appreciated environmental service personnel. This hotel has it all! Sit in the lobby and pet all the wonderfully cute dogs or go take a swim in the pristine indoor swimming pool which is stocked with plenty of towels. Leah, the front desk agent has superior skills and I'm most grateful for the understanding she provided during my travel with my kids. I would recommend staying here ANYTIME you visit Massachusetts its located about 20 minutes from Boston and 15 minutes from Salem. The bed were comfortable with PLENTY of supportive pillows and the sofa is a nice touch.

Its slightly difficult to to find the entrance.....but i ended up turning into a road that had peacocks, cows and sheep which was a wonderful surprise since i missed the exit. Can you say photo op?!

The breakfast was pretty good! I enjoyed the sitting area too. Very cozy. The location was nice because it was right off the highway.

The only thing I can think of is the ice machine on the first floor not working. It was a little inconvenient having to go back up to the second floor twice just to get some ice for my family's cooler, but I understand that it was a unique situation. Just make sure all your ice machines are working. Besides that, the stay at your hotel was perfect!

The hotel was about a 20 minute drive from Salem, the reason for our visit, which was close enough for convenience without being in the chaos. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. It served its purpose.

We had to request extra bedding for the sofa bed (despite indicating that three adults would be staying in the room) more than once because we weren't getting what we needed. We also had to request housekeeping because our room wasn't cleaned after the first night, even though it was indicated when I confirmed the reservation that housekeeping was preferred.

Big room, kitchenette, quiet, comfortable beds, charging station next to bed.

Extremely hard to find off highway. Hotel sign is way back off the street, hidden from road by overpass and trees. Also retail stores in front block seeing the hotel. We passed it without seeing it and route 129 is impossible to do a U turn and enter parking lot. Took us over 30 min using gps to find an entrance into hotel parking lot.

The hotel and room itself were very clean. The people at the front desk were very accommodating. I liked that the breakfast was set up in a separate area from where to sit and eat. The TV was a nice size.

One of the outlets in our room didn't work so we couldn't use one of the lamps or to charge our phones. The bed in the pull out couch was not comfortable so we folded it back in and utilized the couch itself. (although there were a few small stains on it, we just flipped the sitting pillows over.)
