*A bottle of water for each day we stayed was a very nice touch and we appreciated more on the days we forgot to bring water in to the hotel with us we just grabbed one **Breakfast and host for the breakfast was lovely and very attentive helped customers who needed help we stayed for 11 nights and one day she was off we felt her absence .

Beds were comfortable some furnishings could use a face lift, lobby was comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated for the holidays. When we came back to hotel in the evening hot drinks were available and we appreciated that in front of the cozy fireplace one thing we did not understand was ; there are two fireplaces but only one was lit??

I liked the hotel it is very nice and clean and very comfortable! The staff was very nice and very informative with questions! I also like that the hotel had a restaurant and a bar in it! It was so easy to get to !,Off the exit the hotel is right there! And leaving the hotel to go back home the exit was not far either! Was not hard to get around! Unfortunately l didn't go to the breakfast but l am sure it was very good!

I think it should have a pool put in and a hot tub ! That would even make it that much better then it already is!I just

Good breakfast in the morning and clean room, the gym was nice.

The receptionist refused to give me the room with 2 double queen beds although I did book such a room ( we were 4 adults). He did not say that the hotel is out of the queen rooms during the check in process and only we got to see the room I realized that the beds were too small. Of course it was too late to cancel the booking so we had really uncomfortable time. I regret that especially that I was hoping for the good sleep before the flight.

This hotel is situated adjacent to I95, which might be troublesome if you are unaccustomed to traffic noise. Our room was situated around the back of the hotel and we could not hear the interstate. The hotel is modern, spacious, elegant, with nice public areas at the front, a cosy fire and sitting area. Breakfast was more than plentiful with good choices and great coffee. Around the back of the hotel is a large shopping district. Beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was nice and spacious.

We were in room 112, we could hear everything that went on in the main corridor, and there is little insulation from noises upstairs. We were unfortunate to be below a room that had elephants occupying it and a screaming child that would bellow relentlessly until the early hours. But that was our only complaint, and really nothing to do with the hotel itself. But if you are a light sleeper and prone to noises - do yourself a favour and bring some earplugs, that sorted our issues.

The location is great staff is always amazing

The property itself is outdated in some areas. Breakfast area was untidy the first 2 days we stayed. We have stayed in this location quite a few times. The breakfast used to be much better and there’s no longer room service also the restaurant opens at 5 only until 10. We wish that was there. Rooms are cleaned every other day now.

Beautiful facilities, free water bottles for guests, clean, room, great breakfast included, comfortable beds.

They are still not doing shuttle service to the train station or airport “because of Covid” despite restrictions are no longer in place anywhere else. The fire alarm went off at 1am in the morning and we weren’t sure whether we should take it seriously and leave our room or evacuate. We walked into the lobby with our bed heads and whatever we could pull on and there was an entire, formally dressed wedding party in the lobby. this was quite embarrassing. still don’t know what happened snd why the alarm went off. Fire department came and they were there for a couple of minutes. Overall, it was fine and if needed I would stay again.

Posh lobby interiors, great breakfast. Clean facilities, room and shower / bathroom.

No hot milk during breakfast. Was offered to warm milk in a paper plastic cup in a microwave oven at the reception. Poor sound isolation - kids in a neighboring room loudly ran around till 11pm, we could not fall asleep early. No bathtub in the room. No sauna in the “spa”.

The breakfast was free and excellent. It was offered for three hours in the morning and came with choice of coffee and other drinks. I really enjoyed the hotel staff and the service I received during my visit.

Upon my arrival the Hotel did not have my reservation setup after I received conformation that everything was good. I had to setup a second reservation online while at the Hotel. Once I did a second reservation the original reservation showed up on the Hotel screen. I explained to the Hotel desk clerk that I wanted to make sure that I was not charged twice.

Free breakfast was nice, nice assortment of options and juice and coffee, staff was nice, room was nice for it to be a pet room, did not smell or have visible stains in the carpet, tue bathroom door was a little chewed up on tue inside, I assume someone locked their dog up in tue bathroom and it tried to chew its way out but over all nice hotel, can get pricey on certain nights however.

Loud party happening in the room next to ours at 1am, woke up just about the entire floor but front desk handled it promptly

I thought Maureen at the desk was very helpful in changing any reservation to other times. I couldn't believe the room so large with a sofa. The lady running the breakfast was really helpful in all ways wanting to help me bring breakfast to the room since my wife was blind and we had to have it at the room since we couldn't leave the dog. Having cooked omelets as part of breakfast was a plus. The best part is that the Sheraton in Wakefield understand the need of having pets and not add the extra expense of having one with us. I was here to do business in New Hampshire and stayed here instead of in a hotel in New Hampshire.
