The staff was very accommodating. The room and bathroom were clean.

There was a problem with the spa. First night there it was Filthy. Like discustingly filthy. My cousin and I got in anyway because she has back problems. We informed the front desk and it was cleaner the seconded night but the jets didn't work. Again we used it anyway. By the end of the trip... It was clean and working fine. This holds such weight because my deciding factor for this hotel was the spa for theraputing soaks. It was the only way she could continue the trip.

Melony from the front desk was very helpful. I did problems with Booking.com, and she resolve the problem. She is great. She even gave me a better price than Booking.com. Thank you again Melony. :)

If I have to make some draw backs, I notice some things in the bathroom that need some work. The door nob from the inside is very loose; maybe old. I am concern someone could get looked in. I not sure if fan is working in the bathroom, the water steam set off the fire alarm.

Everthing as expected. Personnel nice at reception, very clean rooms and comfortable. Good breakfast with nice staff that ensures there is always hot food and coffee, in addition to someone cleaning the tables when someone leaves.

My son was disappointed that the Spa was not functional during our stay.

Location was absolutely perfect. The breakfast was the best at a chain restaurant by far. The room was in pristine condition and well kept. Overall, a great experience.

It has a great location and you can easily visit Boston through mass transit.

It may be understaffed and it’s evident because as we were leaving, we had everything loaded on our cart and we were made to wait while staff finished up their duties before letting us on the elevator. That was an inconvenience for us.

the staff was very hospitable and a pleasure to talk to. i enjoyed the fact that you had a restaurant/bar attached to the hotel for easy access.

i thought the breakfast could have ad a couple of more choices.

We left for work each morning before breakfast was scheduled to start, BUT the staff had the coffee ready for us anyway and that was AWESOME! Bed and pillows were very comfortable and that's a huge plus for us.

The room was a bit small, mostly the bathroom was extremely tight. We were wondering if there were rooms with a larger bathroom that are within our budget? We are staying at many hotels in the area, trying to find one to make our home base for work. Can IHG work with us on that behalf? We would be booking approximately 15 nights per month.
