Great apartment. 4 minute walk to henry ford hospital. Mail room with an address for amazon packages is available. I had a long stay and they were happy to replace my consumables eg. coffee cups, tissues and so on. This hotel manage a couple of apartments in a big apartment building called The Boulevard. Majority of people are actual tenants of the building which is a good thing.

1-2 days out of 30 days there were loud music and people playing billiard at 1-2 am. I was told by minthouse that the building opens the game 24hrs and they don't have control over it.

I love the location and the apartment is beautiful!! It was perfect!

I did not like that I was NOT emailed the door code and had to jail around my luggage trying to find someone to help me. When I finally found someone he couldn’t help much. I got Minthouse on the phone only to be told the incorrect door code, so I had to call back and get the direct code, while prices took about an hour off my time. Secondly the parking situation sucks. You either haul your things from the parking across the alley or pay expensive fees EVERY TIME you come and go. We spent at least $200 in pulling fees in just two days.

Fantastic property and huge room. Very comfortable bedrooms, great shower pressure, lovely clean furniture and great kitchen. Two washrooms, two clean comfortable beds and a more comfortable than usual sofa-bed. I was very impressed with this place. It was a short walk to the Q-Line (streetcar) to get into the core of the city, and a cheap Uber back to the pad afterward. Highly recommend.

If anything the decor was a little sparse and cold... but minor note. Nothing major. Somewhat challenging to get in, but instructions turned out to be great. Did not deal with any 'staff' in person, but staff on the phone were quite helpful leading up to our visit. The heater was really loud and adjustsing the thermostat was not easy. Couldn't hear the furnace through the closed bedroom door, but somewhat disturbing to the person who was on the sofa bed.

love the setup of the unit, perfect for families like us . beds were really comfortable . double sinks in both bathrooms .

Only two towels for each bathroom . Parking entrance not clear how to access entrance for parking took a bit to figure out . only had light filtering shades - so bedrooms were very bright for sleeping . There was a very loud man somewhere out in the hall at midnight and on still talking to someone or maybe on his phone but at volume 100 and it just went on and on .

I loved everything about this Airbnb. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and the water pressure was perfect. I felt safe and the apartment was absolutely clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay - I would most defiantly stay here again.

The location was just "okay", wasn't too much around, and nothing really to view about the "view" - so I spent a good amount of money on rideshares.

Door code didn't work, so I had to call customer service and they gave me a new code which worked. Internet never worked. Customer service gave me a new password to try but it didn't work either. Disappointing to not be able to listen to music or watch tv because the internet never worked.

Great location! Mint house is definitely a home away from home, we enjoyed staying with you last year and again this year. We are return guests and we will be back! Thanks for all the hospitality and for making things easy for us! We love mint house!

Everything was perfect!

It was very big and spacious and it’s only 15 mins to downtown Detroit. Also the communication was great and the directions of how to get into the property was great.

The no free parking which was explained before I booked. I was very aware that it wasn’t no free parking but I didn’t like that part.

The location was perfect

Requested additional towels , never received. Also large stain on carpet in bedroom. Several outlets in kitchen were not working. Toilet paper on roll wasn't enough for 1 use. Fortunately found another roll under the sink

property was nice except took us 30 min to try to get in. No staff to help find the entry to get in before having a key tag. other than that was great.
