The beds were wonderful! They were very comfortable and the pillows were also. The staff was very friendly. Very clean room. The attached restaurant, Wild Bills, had an excellent food choice and the value for your money was beyond expected. The taste was very good.

It was hard to find the front entrance to the hotel. Only offered Dove products in the bathroom, which leaves a film on you. We had a smaller room but did not need anything larger. We were facing a busy road which we did hear some traffic noise. We had to pay for parking and no complimentary breakfast.

The location to the Xcel center is awesome, easy to get to and parking was convenient. Beds are comfortable and pool/hot tub temp was good as well.

The walls are thin so you can easily hear people in the hallways. I knew this when I booked our stay so it didn't bother me, but if you aren't expecting this, you may be disappointed. The room is tight and lighting not that great. Still non factors for us so we will likely stay again.

Perfect location for a concert or event at the xcel energy center.

The lady at the front desk didn’t care to explain where the stairs were for the hotel. “outside to your right” well you have to go through outside stairs& literally through a bar and show your ID to get to them. we were on floor 6 and the concert let out at the Xcel center. Was concerning the location of the stairs especially if a fire were to happen! not your typical stairs at all - odd but annoying and concerning

Nice convenient location, clean, friendly staff. Walking distance to restaurants and bars and axel Energy Center.

Difficult to figure out where to go to park when you first arrive. While we were there someone’s car window was broken in the parking ramp.

Excellent location and a nice, clean room. We were going to the Xcel and it was right across the street. Great location for easy access to the museum, cathedral, and lots of nice bars/restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

The room was a little smaller than we had hoped, but for a room in the downtown of a city, I can't complain. It was big enough for my partner and I and I'd be willing to sacrifice the space again for the price and location of the hotel.

A nice modern and clean hotel. The staff were really helpful and we felt well taken care of. The pool area was a big bonus. Big spacious room with more bed space than we needed. We have nothing to complain about. The restaurant in the same building was grwat too!

Parking was convenient. However, it was not secure in any way...appr 50 patron vehicles were vandalized (tires slashed, paint keyed, vehicles urinated and deficated upon). Of course parking lots and ramps are zero liability...this should be viewed are a very large bruise to an otherwise great reputation for St Paul Holiday Inn.

Fans in the bathrooms and security containers in rooms.

Perfect location for after the convert we went too. Bed was comfy, room perfect temp and the shower was heaven.

Only reason not a ten because while the parking garage was great our big truck sucks and I hit one of the poles trying to get back into the garage. Not the hotels fault. LOLL

No complimentary breakfast offered which would be a great suggestion and a budget saver. The Hampton Inn across the street does offer free breakfast which is a big plus.

Prefer a complimentary breakfast.

Staff was very good, room was clean and nice.

Only complaint is that there was a room service menu on the desk but no phone number or way to connect with the restaurant nor the front desk as the room phone was not working and no labeling on the phone for how to contact the front desk. I tried dialing "0" but nothing happened.
