We were in town for a hockey game, and the location could not have been better. We were right across from the Excel Energy Center and could even see the parking lot from our window. The staff was wonderful and took great care of us. The attached restaurant was also really nice, and the valet parking was a huge plus. Overall, no complaints!

New hotel, clean, friendly staff. Within walking distance of Xcel! Valet parking staff were awesome. We went to a 1pm game and couldn’t check in until 3pm but the staff was awesome and let us valet park our truck and let us bring our luggage in until check in! Would stay here again.

Only parking available was Valet. So paying for parking is the only downside

Awesome, still has that new building smell. Spotless. Staff, every single one of them, from person answering my phone call before arrival. To check in, to barkeeps. Nice selection of local tap beers. Valet parking, easy as can be. Checkout easy. Outside area nice. Can't wait to see how the area off of patio turns out. Will be great for summer.

Complimentary coffee would be nice in lobby.

We stayed for one night when we were seeing Madonna at Xcel. The location was ideal, but the part I loved the most was how friendly the staff was and how genuinely excited they seemed. It was like coming home and having your family ask you about your big night out.

There honestly wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

It’s new so everything had that new smell and it was very clean. Bed was comfy and location was perfect for a concert at Excel Energy. Staff were helpful and friendly 24 hour snack market

There’s parts of hue building that aren’t finished The bar is right on top of check in area which is odd Restaurant and bar close too early

The location to the Xcel Energy Center couldn’t have been better. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice with comfortable beds and amazing pillows! The bathroom was very large and the towels were so soft.

Valet parking only and they don’t tell you it costs $35 a day for parking.

Did not get breakfast. Got some coffee but it took a long time 5+ minutes for them to fill the cup.

Staff in the bistro needed more training. Unable to work the cash register without assistance from the front desk. Unable to keep up with orders for a small group of less than 12 people.

Being across the street from the Excel for the concert was amazing.

Valet only for parking was hard when it was just us and the kids to get everything out of the car but the staff was really friendly and delivery of the car in the mroning was quick.

Beautiful, brand new facility with a full bar and small restaurant. Very convenient location, across the street from Xcel Energy Center. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

The only negative thing I would have to say is there is no self parking, only valet, for a fee.

room was chilly for me, maintenance quickly fixed the heater. staff was helpful with my Lyft ride arrangement.

pool is alittle to open to non swimmer eyes as it has full length windows facing main entrance, courtyard and busy sidewalk.
