Leilani checked my husband and I in on Monday, September 4,2023. She was very kind and friendly and explained everything to us. When we arrived in our room, it was perfect, except the T.V. did not work. We talked to Leilani, and she said she would send a staff member to look at the T.V. we gave permission for staff to enter our room, for we went out to dinner. Leilani called and left a message that she upgraded our room because staff could not fix the T.V. Wow. She was so accommodating. So kind, I was sorry, I could not thank her when we checked out. For she was not working. We really appreciate her support, kindness, and being so compassionate.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Larsmont. Seriously, there is not one thing we could complain about. From the moment we walked in, we knew we hit on a winner. The front desk staff, the accommodations, the grounds (fire pits, pool, hot tub, sauna, bikes), the restaurant & servers…all were top notch. We will be returning & bringing friends & family along next time.

I love the peace and beauty at Larsmont. I stay often in a guest room when I visit family nearby. The guest rooms are small but cozy and clean. Much updated since I started coming!

I do miss the delicious breakfasts; glad to see you’ve added buffets on weekends Appreciate the excellent libby coffee!

it was a lovely location and the staff was very friendly. our room was very clean.

our room was very cramped and only one of us could sit at a time. there was only one chair! playing cards was impossible. Sitting/laying on the bed was our only option. plus we had no view of the lake, only the parking space. we were not informed of this when we booked. there was no breakfast service either and, again, no space in our room to make meals.

It felt very safe and the area was gorgeous. The hot tub was amazing! They also had an adorable ice rink (we didn’t end up using it, but would have loved to)!

Our bed sheet had a stain and some of the silverware was dirty upon arrival, but otherwise it was great and we agreed we would stay again. :)

Loved the setting. We were in a cottage, but did not have a view of the lake or shoreline (that's what we get for the "last minute deal"). Kicking myself that I didn't check in on the website before we left to see that the spa and sauna may have been open (COVID protocol lightening up).

Small room with one chair...two would have been nice (but there was no space in the room to put it). We wanted to chill and relax those days but found it wasn't the right kind of cozy. Went to a few State Parks for some hiking instead. Warmer water in the shower as well. Better TV service--by the time we got it working we found there was nothing to watch (and were too lazy to go get a DVD). I realized when we unpacked that I grabbed the wrong cable to connect to the TV too, but I think that was an option.

Loved the location on Lake Superior, the fire pits on the lake each night and the free s’mores kits! Patrice gave us awesome service each morning at breakfast—Very friendly and efficient.

Booking through Booking.com was deceiving. We didn't realize we'd reserved just a bed and small bedroom/ bath, with no view of lake and nofireplace! The manager upgraded us to a bigger room with both amenities, and gave us a discount!

Resort had lots of nice amenities. We had a small room but it was clean and comfortable. Staff was all very nice and helpful and restaurant was very good.

We had an upstairs room and had to carry luggage up the stairs.

Beautiful place right on lake superior! Restaurant on premise was pricey but amazing!!

Room was small & thought I pd for room with a view of the lake, but had a view of the parking lot, so was a little disappointed!!
