location… breakfast… friendly staff

if we weren’t out by the crack of dawn( early) room cleaning was not done we always put do not disturb on the door as we get ready to go out as they are cleaning our floor.. most hotels staff will come back once we leave and tidy the room etc ( we do take the do not disturb sign off the door) not once did they come back to clean….. we always were out in the morning…. also internet kept cutting out

Friendly staff, very nice large room, facilities very nice and clean. Loved having coffee available in the lobby area 24 hrs. The breakfast was the best I have had in a hotel ever!

Pillows were not comfortable. Pretty flat. The night we checked in there was no hot water. Told the hotel was at 70% capacity and that was probably why. I suggest getting more or larger hot water tanks to accommodate the whole hotel.

The rooms were very cozy. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean! I really enjoy having coffee maker in the room. The breakfast had lots of options. Eggs and sausage were good.

Liked that it had potatoes for breakfast they were just a bit under done. What was cooked was tasty. The pool towels were tiny hand towels, my 6’ husband had to use a few.

Check-in staff was really nice! Room was well equipped with a large desk, loveseat, coffee table, etc. I liked how the mini-fridge and the microwave were contained in a cabinet. Bed was super comfy. Huge TV! Big bathroom; nice vanity with lots of space for toiletries. Yummy hot breakfast with plenty of options.

Overall a tad dated. Carpet in the room was stained. Nothing awful, but for the price I was expecting a bit nicer furnishings and overall cleanliness.

We were here for my daughter's surgery, and the ladies at the desk were very cooperative in placing us and having the room available for us even though the Fair was here at this time. The breakfast was good and hot, entire place was very clean and our room was excellent. Maids did a great job when I asked them to come in to replace towels, make beds, etc. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location. Price in comparison to nearby motels. Very good hot breakfast. Good bed. Clean. Quiet.

Were not clear concerning room service. Room service must be requested but that was not explained upon check-in nor was it posted anywhere in the room.

Beds were perfectly comfortable. The hot tup was actually hot. Great for sore and tired backs. Breakfast had everything. Pancakes, sausage, scrambled and boiled eggs, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, hot drinks, juices, cereals and breads, yogurt...... was quite clean.

Tara was a rock Star like always when I stay! Chelsea was very helpful and friendly as well. Room was exactly the size I needed. Breakfast Bar was nice with a very nice selection. Staff was very polite and helpful when needed. Cleanliness was very important to all.

An exit door was not working and was a little inconvenient to get in to hall leading in to room.

Coffee maker looked like it could use a cleaning and the on/off button broken, but unit did work. Wall unit did not move much air on low setting and too much on high setting.

The staff is the best. Great parking, size of rooms, we stayed 4 nights and didn't have a complaint. Close to Chick-fil-A. Lots of parking for large vehicles like Uhauls with trailers. We will return when we go back to Billings.
