Homewood Suites by Hilton Reno

I can’t rave enough about this hotel experience! The rooms were more than comfortable, nice linens, separate bathrooms, decent water pressure, multiple tv sets, a great common area between rooms, and SO clean!

There were really only two things that made this less than a 100% experience; 1) one of the staff members at the desk was condescending and bordered on outright disrespect. She made a comment about our party that didn’t set well when I checked in. I did not respond in the moment & instead decided to give it the benefit of the doubt, in the case that I mistook her. Any time I passed her on the premises she still had a snide demeanor. My sister also had the same vibe from her. 2) The hallways had a weird odor (I am really big on things smelling clean) that wasn’t quite food or cleaning products. Not sure how this could have been remedied, charcoal odor absorber? Maybe pipe in some type of light air freshener? In either case it did not impact the overall quality of the hotel or our stay!

The breakfast was really yummy. Different things each morning which was nice, rooms had great space. I appreciated that all the linens for the pull out were pre packaged in the closet ready to go. I also appreciated the little water bottles in the pool area as we were rather thirsty after our swim! Wonderful touches

It’s definitely on the higher end in price but it was the perfect location between the two places we payed soccer at for our tournament

The bed was comfortable, which was very important to us since we were on a road trip heading home and just completed a long drive from Las Vegas. Also the room was clean nicely furnished for a pet friendly room.

The refrigerator was loud. Also, depending on how pet friendly you would like to be, a lower bed would have been better for us as our mini dachshund came close to requiring emergency care when she leaped off when my husband accidentally turned on the ceiling fan, which spooked her. Thankfully, she is ok and only needs rest to recover from the jump.

Breakfast was satisfactory, many options even for picky eater kids. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room looks new! All seating in the room and lobby area are super comfortable and staff was friendly and talkative. We were in town for Hot August Nights. Just a 10 minute drive to all the fun downtown.

The pool was so stuffy. Not sure why but it may just be an "Indoor pool thing".

Getting there was easy. The staff was very nice and we love the rooms, especially with a little one. We were able to cook in our room and have a bedroom to put them to bed in. Very clean and the pool and hot tub were perfect. They even serve breakfast in the morning. Will definitely stay again.

Staff was friendly and attentive. They gave dining suggestions for the area and made sure we had what we needed for our stay.

The carpet in the room was worn to the floor in places and needs to be replaced. Pricey rooms for a one night stay.

Good Location. Indoor Swimming Pool. Free Breakfast.

Things like the television for example, where not positioned in the most ideal of places within the room. I stayed two nights. Was expecting house keeping after the first

Breakfast was great. Nice way to start the day. Rooms were spacious.

Construction in the unit above me (I assume construction) that started at 7:00 AM on Saturday morning. Either that or someone had gorillas staying with them.

Great location off freeway & near lots of restaurants.very large rooms, family of 5 was comfortable. Would stay again.

Could hear people above walking & other rooms so better sound insulation would be the only thing lacking.

The entire stay was amazing. Staff was the best. Pool was great. All 4 of my kids loved being there. The room was in a great part of hotel having 4 kids. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

I would have liked breakfast to last a little longer.
