Staybridge Suites - Albuquerque Airport, an IHG Hotel

Love the size of the room and this place has the best breakfast of any Hotel I have ever stayed at. They were very accommodating of my requests because of our dog and even had a goodie bag of treats for her!

They are doing some upgrades which is nice but there were 3 or 4 dumpsters and stuff right in the front parking lot, Made it hard to get around. I'm sure this is just temporary though.

Very nice and clean. You did not inform me about a $50 deposit im case of damage to hotel. Because you are a third party, the deposit is credited back to me by Book. com. please credit the deposit back to me.

It was being reroofed/remodeled and lots of nails were falling on sidewalk or street.

Great location room was excellent comp breakfast all good.

My CC needed updating which I will do on booking.com and I had an arrival time of 1900 hours, front desk booked my reserved room at 1600 hours, they couldn't wait, but everything worked out in end, had to find alternate accommodations for Friday Saturday, the 2 young desk staff did what they could to help find another place n I appreciate their effort, oh well.

The staff was amazing. We arrived the Friday before, stayed overnight, had to fly out super early in the AM for a week and then returned for an overnight stay on Saturday. When we arrived on Friday evening, our tire had a nail in it and was going flat, all the tire places were already closed and our flight was leaving at 6:30 AM. The staff allowed us to leave the car at the property while we traveled so we could get the tire repaired when we returned. They even offered us late check-out in case the tire wouldn't be ready before 11.

The AC unit in the master (we had a two bedroom suite) was very, very loud and the shower was dripping every few minutes but we could only hear it while in the bathroom, everything else was great.

It was truly affordable living. I have stayed in many hotels and feel like this met my family where we are at. Do not need a maid daily. I love my Suite. Suites used to be something the rich could only enjoy. It was like a small apartment. I had everything I needed. The layout was nice. 1 King bedroom and 2 double beds in another room, and the living area with pull-out bed. Each bedroom had a bathroom. I do not want anything but a suite from now. Overall, the staff-friendly night shift guy seemed like he did not want to be there but cooperative. I love the coffee in the lobby.

Felt like was stingy with the towels and toilet tissue. 4 days stay had 4 towels asked for 4 more, it seemed to be a bother. The blankets were thin. very little cover for the pull-out. I thought I would have to go out and buy toilet tissue. I will add there was a problem with finding the key. I hate it when they leave the toilet paper that is half used and no extra rolls anywhere. I truly do not feel the staff talked about the amenities as much as they could, like the laundry room, that was free with the service are so I heard. overall, I thought this was an excellent buy.

Staff was very nice!!! Special shout out to Adam, who was really pleasant. They have movies, cornhole, putters and golf balls you can check out at the front desk. The room was very clean. Our 2 bedroom suite had a medium sized fridge/freezer, 2 burners and a dishwasher as well as a 4 people set of dishes. They try really hard with an older property to make it a good stay. Perfect location near airport but quiet.

Property is just old. Grout is crumbling in bathrooms and on floors in kitchen. Carpet fraying at edges. The pull out couch was ancient, stained (cushions and mattress) and gross. Staff does their best with what they have, but given the new properties popping up nearby it probably needs a refresh.

Breakfast was great! Like normal times. Quiet, good sized rooms with kitchen were nice.

Wasn’t told that you had to request housekeeping on check in so the first day was awkward when we ran out of things, like toilet paper. On last day, staff was rude when we didn’t realize that breakfast started later on weekends. When we came down at 7, food was out but she told us it doesn’t start till 7:30. We had a plane to catch so we ended up paying $27 for breakfast at the airport.

We enjoyed the breakfast, the cleanliness, all day free drinks.Free laundry.

One night our baby was yelling and they come up and told us to quiet him down. But the rest of the week we had a baby down the hall crying.,someone above us making noise, someone had a loud TV and lots of noise and they were not spoken to

Friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, comfortable beds.

Air conditioning in the room was noisy. Breakfast selection was okay but limited. We were there for seven days and although we appreciated the complimentary breakfast it felt repetitive by the 5th day

Comfortable room and.bed, housekeeping is excellent as well as the front desk staff were very professional and quick to respond to our request for a roll away

Breakfast choices could have been better. The noise from the heater turning on and off in our room was loud and annoying
