The room was large and fit my family very comfortably. It did however feel a little warm and I would have like to have more control over the room temperature. The breakfast in the morning was adequate, but nothing special. I've seen better and I've seen worse. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

I was purposely at this hotel for proximity to the airport. My brother, a leukemia patient and post-bone marrow transplant was due in from Dallas, where there had been terrible storms and delays for a period of 7 hours. During this time, I was able to keep up with changes to the itinerary and rest comfortably in my room. Upon arrival at baggage claim (2:20 am), we found my brother's luggage was water filled and all items and clothing soaked and dripping wet. In the morning we asked for help at the front desk to address our soggy situation and although no guest laundry was available, the staff dried the clothing for us. We extend or thanks to your Albuquerque staff and management for their accommodation of our issues. They went above and beyond the call of duty and they were absolutely personable and generous with heartfelt concern. Ellen Hughes

My only problem was the lack of availability of the airport shuttle at 2 am but I was able to drive over without problems.

Rooms were a decent size. Staff was nice. Beds were comfortable.

Breakfast could have been better for the price. Not enough towels in the rooms. Not enough selection of lobby food and necessities.

It was quiet even with families there.

The room wasn’t made up when we were gone. it is always nice to come back to a room that is cleaned. They didn’t check on us once. Also, the front desk agent blew into the envelope before putting the key cards into it. With all that is going around I didn’t like him blowing his germs into the envelope!

This is a repeat stay as we have made trips for medical reasons. We came back here because it is clean, has a decent breakfast offered, and the location is close to UNM Medical. Although the check in staff are average, the rest of the experience is great. Will be back in 4 weeks!

The check in desk staff appear to have multiple duties and we’ve had to wait for someone to serve us on two occasions. The elevators are slow and noisy.

This is one of the most well designed rooms I've stayed in. In fact, I took pix of the studio room because some of the "smart" ideas might help me in my own home arrangements. Check-in was easy. The free breakfast offered everything I could possibly want. In summary, this accommodation was a great value.

Nothing.

I liked everything about the property, there’s plenty of space everywhere- from the parking lot to the lobby area to the rooms. One doesn’t feel constricted like in many hotels. Its my go-to when stopping at Albuquerque, NM. This time we we’re traveling in an RV with a tow trailer and the front desk attendant was super nice and helpful about guiding us to where to park on the street. There was no way we could park in a parking space and we figured that may be the case.

Thankfully there was nothing to not like. We were happy with our stay.

Check in & out was very easy. Location near the airport was just what we needed. The room was extremely spacious- it was called a double room, but actually was a suite with large sofa & plently of counter space. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Housekeeping was a bit lax. The bathroom had not been deep cleaned in quite a while & the coffee maker had not been cleaned.

Convenience and the breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean.

The only thing that was a problem was 3 nights in a row it got hot in the room around 4:00 or so. Very uncomfortable but not enough to ruin our trip.
