The location was very convenient to the airport. It was generally clean and our room was spacious. Breakfast was good and included eggs, sausage and potatoes.

We booked a room for 3 people with two queen beds and a pullout sofa, yet we had to request a blanket and pillows for the pullout. The bathroom had a separate room with a door for the shower and toilet, and yet there was only one light switch which turned on the lights over the sink, which was open to the rest of the room, as well as the toilet/shower area. That meant that if one of us needed to use the bathroom during the night, they had to turn on the one light switch and disturb the other two. Very poor design. There was also no way to turn on the vent fan in the bathroom. And there was a wet, used washcloth in the shower when we arrived.

First, let me just rave about the phenomenal staff!! In particular we had an employee named Danielle helping us, and she went so far above and beyond with what we needed. She was attentive, personable, but still professional. This hotel has earned a regular customer so long as she is working there! the other staff was wonderful, too. The pool was a tad chilly, but so fun for my 6 year old and us to play at during our stay. The breakfast was probably on the lower end considering the price for the stay. We have stayed at lower end hotels in the area with much better breakfasts. I love how clean this hotel is! The area feels safe, unlike other hotels we have stayed at in Albuquerque. The rooms were really nice.

The beds are SO hard. I love sleeping on a firm bed, but nothing about their beds are comfortable.

The staff was excellent. I made a mistake in booking. I was a little late checking out. The two amicable employees helped sort it all out. Dee was new and was being trained by Bernice. Bernice exercised patient and clear understanding of what she was teaching. Dee the trainee was polite friendly and attentive. Hampton inns is lucky to have both women. All the staff I encountered were great. The rooms were clean. It really was a pleasant experience.

The bed. Loved the bed so much I'm going to purchase one. The peace & quiet was wonderful. The continental breakfast was great. Waffle station was superb. The staff was smiling, friendly, knowledgeable & professional. Looking forward to staying again. Would highly recommend.

The only improvement I would highly recommend changing is the outside pet area. I have a dog & walking her on the jagged gravel was a bit rough on her paws. It would be far more dog friendly & beneficial if that particular area had at least some grass instead of all gravel and/or the type of gravel used was flat instead of jagged. However, I did appreciated how other pet owners were very respectful & responsible of others by curbing & cleaning up after the their animals.

Please consider adding some gluten free items to breakfast. Muffins. Grits. Plain scrambled eggs.

The room was HUGE and clean.

I didn’t like the bathroom layout. The toilet and shower were in their own room with the sink and towels in the bedroom space. The light for the bathroom space also controlled the light over the sink. So if you got up in the night to potty a light when on to alert all of your sleeping family. Also there was no place to put your clean clothes if you took a shower. The bathroom needs at least a shelf to place clean clothes on while showering. Not everyone likes getting dress in front of their family.

Friendly stuff, good breakfast. The gym is very nice especially than training followed by some time in small swimming pool and jacuzzi. We traveled with car , and I don’t know how the public transportation is convenient. We checked out at early morning before the breakfast, and we got some small box with water, apple and snack.

I liked everything. The only thing that would've made it perfect would be a magnifying makeup mirror attached to the wall in the bathroom. Had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

The room (2 Queen + sofa bed) was very large, with desk space, kitchenette area, and mirror sink outside the bathroom. I'm used to feeling crowded in hotels with my family, this room felt very spacious.

The neighborhood didn't feel particularly safe. There didn't seem much cause for worry in the hotel, but it wouldn't be a comfortable place if you want to take a walk/jog that isn't on the treadmill.

The room was clean, only some debris and hair in bathroom. We were supposed to have a room with 2 queen beds, but ended up having a King and fold out couch, so that was not great, but we made it work. The room was quiet and comfortable and gave the kids room to move about which was great. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety so we all 4 enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and helpful on both shifts. We would definitely stay again!
