Alan at the front desk was wonderful. Breakfast was awesome and the beds were very comfy, love the showers. Room wasn't as big as I thought it would be but everything worked out very well.

There was no lighting for the desk area. We were not informed about the $15 a day parking.

Allen was the BEST, most helpful desk receptionist I've ever encountered at a hotel. Someone give that man a raise!!! This hotel is THE BEST location in Asheville. It's a 3-minute drive to the square, $6-$8 Lyft ride at any point (Uber is pricier -- though it is hard to find rides in AVL at times, period). You could also walk to downtown or nearby restaurants and shops. I felt very safe in the parking garage and the neighborhood area this hotel is located within. I didn't partake in breakfast since I have food allergies, so I can't speak to that. Although I didn't bring my pet this time, I love that this hotel allows pets for a very reasonable fee imo! The rooms are very nice and spacious, and there was surprising amount of storage. My king-size room had a FULL desk and couch, AND kitchenette complete with a toaster and stovetop, full fridge, real coffee pot, and microwave. I was IMPRESSED!

I don't love that you have to pay for parking at this hotel, it's $15/night but you can come and go as you please. They give you a pass for your windshield. I didn't love the lighting in the room... all of the lamps and bathroom / closet lighting proved challenging to do my makeup (I tried to use natural window light but that didn't work either, due to the direction my room was facing). The beds are not comfortable. Hallways were pretty dirty all weekend long, but my room was very clean.

A brand new hotel built with a good eye for design and convenience. The staff was super friendly. We had a very quiet* room on the opposite side of the highway. Easy walk to restaurants/downtown. And a surprisingly great breakfast! We'll stay here again on our next trip to Asheville. *They do allow dogs. Next to us were two small, yappy dogs. The first night they started barking several times. Not the fault of hotel. Just rude, inconsiderate guests, alas. But that is the reason we rated a "9" and not "10".

The property was on the opposite side of the interstate from downtown, we were warned that to walk under the interstate was to meet beggars and sometimes people were mugged there, we found the place so easy and accessible for downtown, and found no issues walking under the interstate, to us it did feel safe. The room was comfy; everywhere was so clean; the shower was wonderful (as we love showers); coffee in room delicious; no complaints with the room. People at reception very helpful, and made us feel welcome. Breakfast basic but tasty.

Booked into a room opposite the interstate, reviews show that the interstate and slip-road is very noisy, enquired if we could move to a quieter part of the building, asked to call 2-3 days before arrival, and they did move us, so lovely and quiet. Reviews said parking was very tight, they were right, as spaces and being able to maneuver was really awkward, worried when a huge truck was parked either side of us overnight, however no damage to our car was done. Room was icey all night long, too much air conditioning, did not notice until the next morning that we could adjust the settings on the wall, could of complained and found that out, but froze all night long instead, brrrr. We were happy with our accommodation, and would book again.

Location was in close proximity to the things I needed. The suite rooms were spacious and given I came to work it was helpful to have a separate bedroom and a full sized desk to work at.

The hotel would benefit from thicker windows and doors. If you’re sensitive to noise, I wouldn’t recommend this place. You can hear your neighbors and also most of the rooms on the highway side have a constant drone of highway traffic noise accompanying them. The breakfast is not made in house and is mostly processed food.

The location isn't exactly 'downtown', I'd say it's more on the outskirts but probably within the limits. It's not terribly far and is walkable to the heart of Asheville. Mr. Brent was very kind and appears to take pride in the facility and its ammenities. Everything was very clean and comfortable! The breakfast had a great selection of items for all diets.

The view of a vacant lot and being close to the highway was not the greatest. The air conditioning unit was fairly noisy throughout the night when it would come on. With these things, traffic + noisy AC, it didn't make for the most peaceful sleep.

Excellent value - brand new property so everything in the room was flawless. Check-in was a breeze and the staff was super friendly/personable. We got there early enough so we were able to park right outside the main lobby. Breakfast was included which was a nice bonus. We were able to walk to/from downtown and nearby areas but keep in mind that you do have to cross some busy roads.

Not the most pedestrian friendly location (right off the highway and next to a busy road) but downtown destinations are still accessible on foot.

We loved everything about the hotel! Everything is new, clean and comfy. Love the Hugh closet with slide out shelves. We we’re able to check in early, the front desk guy was great, can’t remember his name though.

Did not like having to pay for parking, since we already pay to stay, that should be included. Also, when checking out, we were not able to pay cash for water. She had to add it to our room. We I looked at my bill I was shocked to see that I was charged $10 for two waters. That is not acceptable.

Great place for an extended stay. very clean room with a two burner stove top, large refrigerator & freezer, and kitchen tools. nice, very large walk-in shower (no tub if you're looking for that). comfy bed and quiet room. Even though the hotel is next to a highway you could not hear traffic.

I probably missed it when booking but parking is not included and was $15 per day. When checking in the front desk person asked if I was parking with them but did not indicate there would be a charge. Navigating to the hotel is awkward as there is no entrance from a main road. You have to drive through a few residential streets to get to the entrance which is basically on the off-ramp from the highway. Follow your GPS and it'll take you right there. I would recommend having signs put up directing guests to the hotel on the residential streets.

Great location, downtown but located in a way that allows for quieter night and less noise to sleep. Staff were awesome, room was super clean and really nice, great black out blinds to sleep, shower was amazing, bed a 10 for size and comfortability. We even checked what brand it was to get one for ourselves. They had great room items you don't see anywhere which was very cool, someone put thought into them, they even had a bag of my Tazo Zen green tea that I have at home. We had a suite incase that changes anything we had room wise. Breakfast great, some concessions which was convenient, and staff were happy to help in any way like info on cabs uber getting food delivered etc. We have traveled to Asheville for years to visit, we probably won't stay any where else now, this is our new go to.
