Cleanliness, nice staff, breakfast

The problem that Ibhad with my stay is that the hotel did not want to honor the price that booking.com assured was my cost. the whole stay I had to battle with the front desk and management about booking.com cost vs what they said was the actual cost! they deducted daily from my account even after I left trying to reconcile. They finally agreed to booking.com amount however had taken all of my funds rendering me “poor” with no $ during my stay!!!

It was great. It was close to downtown which has great bars and restaurants it was a quick 5-10 min. walk to Bank of America Stadium!

Only complaint I have was there was two roaches in the bathroom during my stay. And a $20 per night parking fee which wasn't too bad I guess.

I’ve stayed here 4-5 times in the last 10-12 years. My stay this time is for the ACC BASEBALL TOURNAMENT. And as my day began i started not feeling so great.. but when i walked up to the desk.. the attitude and personality of the lady at the desk immeadiately made me feel better. She was very happy and thoughtful and she asked if id stayed here before.. i said i had. For a bachelor party and football game and a few baseball games. She said i knew the name and face! I knew i recognized you. I still felt bad, but i felt better. She gave me 2 warm cookies and i came back later bc i had a headache and a different lady helped me. She asked what room i was in and i told her. She said the manager has marked you as a repeat visitor.. our motto is if we can help you out and save you a few dollars thats what we will do. She gave me a couple advils and told me not to worry about it. Room was very clean. The whole hotel was clean. This hotel is 20-40$ cheaper than all hotels in center city. It is a little further from the action.. but there are many reasons that i choose to stay here when i come to charlotte. Value. Friendly. Location. Clean. !!

The walk from the parking deck is not a short walk. Thats really just me being knitpicky as i try to find one thing to complain about. Bc there really are no complaints!

I liked the cleanliness and views of the room. The bad and pillows was comfortable and the room was good sized. The bathroom waa very well lit and also spacious. All staff was friendly and answered any questions I had.

I did not like how expensive the hotel was for one night as well as that they charged another $20 for parking that was not told upon booking but when you arrived. Because after the nightly price already being so expensive parking should have been free I've never had to pay seperate parking at a hotel before. I also did not enjoy how early the hotel bar closed we stayed on a Saturday so it was a bummer it closed so early.

It was very convenient as we were there to tour JWU and it is right on the campus and we didn’t need to drive anywhere. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful and the free snacks were great. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

The elevator wasn’t working properly and the breakfast wasn’t very good.

My stay was for 2 nights. The first night my tub spout burst off the wall and water was shooting everywhere. Maintenance came right up and fixed it! I was pleased with the quick and friendly response however when I went to turn on the TV the cable wasn't working so I couldn't even watch TV. I reported it and the next day I got my Parking comp'd for the inconvenience and was told they would fix the cable while I was out for the day. I returned later and the TV still wasn't working.

Booking.com did not send reservation to the hotel after booking and paid. We ended up having to wait for sometime b4 able to check in within a town with a major event. It was stressful and unknown of having a room for the weekend. I'm doubtful I'll use the service again.

i love the hospitality as soon as i walked in, directions to restaurants and bars were clear. the parking garage was super close. the room was immaculate. the view i had was beautiful. the room was super clean.

Cleaning of the rooms was every 4th day. Refill of coffee etc were not looked after

The location was perfect. It was close to the venue we needed to be at. It had great views of the Bank of America arena and night skyline was beautiful. The staff was very friendly as well. Very good humored and nice.

There is nothing to say here. Everything was great.
