The best aspect is actually the woman who checked us in -- Durieka, She was WONDERFUL!! The facility is in a very good location. The facility has also done an excellent job in security measures for obtaining access into the building. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay.

There are 2 things I believe could be improved upon. The first is the pillows!! The pillows we had in our room (#311) were horrible!! The bed was comfortable, but the pillows made it difficult the get comfortable enough to stay asleep (once you were lucky enough to fall asleep). The second is there was no meat of any kind at breakfast. That was a bit of a disappointment.

Very clean hotel

The parking garage situation was very annoying and not explained well. We were not told you have to get a new ticket form the lobby every time you needed to leave the garage. It seemed like other people where not aware of this either form the amount of cars that got stuck and would be backing out from the exit. It would be more effective to make more than one time use parking tickets for people who pay for parking. The breakfast was not worth waiting for, it is over a Starbucks which at least gives you another option near by for breakfast.

The breakfast was good. Had varieties to choose from. The location of the hotel could have been in a better spot. Not so close to the interstate. The room was clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly...

The parking situation could be better. The parking pass and using them was irritating at first. A simply parking tag on each vehicle register at the hotel is much simpler. Also difficult for family members or friends to visit . Only other issue was when I called the front desk 3 times to send towels to my room and it was never delivered. I finally went downstairs to get it after about 6 hours. Otherwise the rest of the stay was good..

There was a lot of construction going on around the hotel. At first, it was hard to locate the hotel due to the orange cones in front of the building. I liked that the hotel was secure at night. You needed to use your room card to get to your room. All staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. The Hotel is centered around shops, restaurants, Nascar, and the convention Center. I enjoyed my stay. Oh yes, and the breakfast was included with your stay at the hotel, which was a plus.

I cannot think of anything I would change besides the elevator attached to the parking structure. There was a dirty and robust urine smell once you arrived at the exit of the parking structure from the elevator. Some guests complained about the strong smell, and the area was immediately handled. I would defiantly stay there again.

I thought the room exceeded my expectations. I wasn't expecting the room to be so well laid out and offering home amenities. And the location next to the convention center was awesome, and to be connected to businesses below is an added bonus.

My only complaint has to do with the parking. I know it's mostly my fault for not following the directions of the staff, but I still somehow messed up and paid not only for the hotel's parking fee, but the parking deck's fee. I do hope there is a better system in place in the future to help alleviate that headache.

The location can't be topped. You can easily walk anywhere in uptown in minutes. The room is spacious and comfortable. I couldn't have asked anything more from this stay. It was fantastic in every way. Everthing was very clean and the view was amazing. Given the location, the price is by far the best.

I can't think of anything that needed any improvement. I have absolutely no complaints.

The value. I got a comfortable, clean, well equipped room. The breakfast had some good choice. The location was also great. I could get everything I needed, within a short walk.

The check-in/checkout was a little awkward because it was on the second floor, but I don't think it was all bad, as it was nice to be up above the street. Nice to eat breakfast on the second floor too.

The hotel is in a great location. They love pets, and it was clean. Also, the room was big and accommodating. The check-in and check-out are super easy. Either you can do it digitally via the Hilton's App or at the reception desk. The parking is $25 per night and is in the building next door. The great thing is that there is a Whole Foods next door, which saved us for a late-night dinner.

Breakfast was decent. The waffles and fresh fruit where great. The gym area was great and enjoyed my view while on the treadmill and Pelton bike. Wholefoods being on the same street was very convenient and having a full size fridge made it a great stay

the strong general common area fragrance. It smelt like fabuloso but was strong in the main check in area. my wife is highly sensitive to strong fragrances.

Enjoyed the facility! Very updated and comfortable. I had some questions regarding my pending bill and Corey at the front desk was helpful and accommodating. I do wish breakfast lasted a little longer and had a bit more variety but it's free, so I can only wish for so much. Would definitely stay here again!
