Front desk staff extremely helpful. Provided directions to where I was meeting friend for dinner, added Bonvoy number to reservation and updated address in Bonvoy profile! Saved me a lot of time by doing all that for me!

Wish there had been a little something offered at night for food. But, I know, if I want that, go to a regular Marriott or Courtyard property for the Bistro.

The room and hotel itself was excellent. The breakfast selection was limited but the young lady working in the breakfast area was the most pleasant person you could ever meet. She gets an A+ all by herself.

We were not informed of the parking fee and $30.00 valet parking fee per day until we arrived. It would have been good to know this in advance. Please update your site to include this information. I would have chosen another hotel if I had known this. I guess when your hotel is across the street from the Spectrum you can expect this.

Location was perfect was walking and enjoying uptown Charlotte. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was well stocked. The room and bathroom was spacious with a very comfortable bed. There was even a desk area which allowed me time to study.

There was only 1 working elevator. Being on the 14th floor it took us 15 minutes or more each time to get back and forth from our room. A major inconvenience and we were not made aware of this at check in. Other guests mentioned being told that the other 2 elevators had been down for 4 months. Totally unacceptable to inconvenience guests this way.

. Convenient location for our needs

We were not aware we would have to pay for parking and were confused about where to park. The parking lot next door was also cash only which I was lucky as I usually do not carry cash. No one told us we had to use our room card in the elevator so we rode it up and down until another guest told us. The room could have been a little cleaner. My wife found hair in the bathroom as soon as she walked in. The check in counter is too close to the front door which created a foor traffic jam. Also, it was hard to relax due to someone playing bongos out on the curb late at night

location wise its pretty good especially if you're going to an event at the Spectrum center , you are literally across the street! there is a Midnight diner on the other end on the spectrum center for late night food from breakfast to dinner , with great dessert! The hotels breakfast is great serves waffles ,eggs ,bacon, veggie patties , yogurt , oatmeal. OJ , APPLE & Cranberry. Our room was well cleaned we got a king bed with sofa bed & desk area 6th floor bathroom well kept with walk-in shower ( water does come out a lot as you shower , we laid out a big towel to absorb water) late at night there is security at door & you must be buzzed in or use your key to enter lobby safety. you can also park your own car or use valet

As it was my first time booking a hotel on my own, I had a lot of anxiety and questions. The Concierge, Tatiana, was extremely lovely, helpful, and reassuring. She answered all the questions I had, and ensured I was comfortable. I did not take photos but the room was stunningly modern and unique in its design. I overlooked the Spectrum Stadium with a view of the city.

I decided to use the valet service offered at the hotel. Later on I found my car in the parking garage, via my fiancé parking his car, and discovered my driver window was left open a considerable amount. We had to call the front desk to get my keys so it could be fixed. We did, but it was a large security risk.

We were in town for a basketball game and the location was perfect, right across the street from the Spectrum Center and within walking distance of several restaurants. The facility was clean and well maintained and staff were very courteous and professional. Our room was ready early so we could just drop off our luggage and make it to the 1 pm tipoff. My only criticism isthe breakfast was a little lacking. They offered two types of sausage patties but no bacon and lots of bagels but no bread to toast. Overall, I would stay here again if in town for a show or game. See above

We loved the location of the hotel, the friendliness of the valet staff was exceptional. We felt safe with the precautions taken to ensure that only hotel guests were able to enter the hotel after a certain time and also with only card key holders being able to access the elevators.

The breakfast was okay, but we were really looking forward to having waffles. Also, we didn't like having to go down to the lobby to receive complementary toiletries. The pillows on the bed were also a little uncomfortable.

We stay here every time we go to a Hornet's game. The hotel is right across the street from the Spectrum center, so we never have to worry about parking or traffic on game nights. They ALWAYS accommodate our request for a high floor, with a nice view of uptown. The rooms are always clean, and the breakfast is great. Can't wait to return!

Proximity to the Spectrum Center, bar services and breakfast. The view from our room was phenomenal as well. I loved the modern bathroom and spaciousness of the room overall.

Minor items were: They were a couple of unfinished spots on the wall and ceiling in our room; along with some hair in the floor in bathroom. Additionally we self parked and was still billed for valet. The guest services personnel did remove the charge upon my bringing it to her attention; however she was not the most friendliest unfortunately.
