My boyfriend experienced an unexpected medical emergency during our stay, and the hotel staff were so caring and accommodating, doing whatever they could to help us. They truly went above and beyond!

The added charge for valet parking (which was really the only viable option) was unexpected.

Close proximity to the venue and restaurants. The staff was great 👍! Room was clean and the view was fantastic! Breakfast was fantastic!

Parking was a bit of a issue. For the price of the room, parking should be included. There were several events happening in town that weekend. It made for difficult parking.

The room was gorgeous and the staff was exceptionally nice. The hotel is perfectly located with tons of access of restaurants and activities. My daughter and I felt safe and had an amazing stay.

More information about parking would have been helpful but that was probably my fault for not reading further.

My entire stay was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive and were there for any need or question. They all make the first feel special and appreciated. I will be writing to the General Manager in more detail how delighted I am with my stay at his venue His staff exemplifies the Marriott values and traditions.

Although I was provided a confirmation number by booking.com the Marriott didn’t show it at all. Thus I had to book a last minute reservation which was completely inconvenient. The property employee and then later the manager who had to get involved were very professional and accommodating. Marriott Manager took my reservation confirmation to further discuss with the booking.com team to see what happened.

Great area! Staff is friendly and very helpful - My appt at Duke Cancer Center turned into being rushed to Duke's ER! While in the hospital, and able to do so, I called your hotel and spoke to "Eric?" who informed me not to worry that they would gladly hold the reservation. When we finally arrived "Colten?" was so understanding, as he was expecting us. I can't tell you enough how much that meant to me especially after the day I was having. And, to add more sugar on top, the young lady (pretty brown and petite ) at checkout was very pleasant, accomadating and STRONG ;) Please let her know that her recommendation for lunch was on point!

Lack of amenities/dining but due to COVID, we understood. The bathroom sliding door could have been cleaner. Also a hair ball was on the floor next to television stand and more hair around the bed- Yes, it wasn't mine - Thanks to Chemo! (Smile - just a little cancer humor ;)

Beautiful in every way - the rooms are fabulous. In my 11 years of traveling abroad and in the United States, I have never been treated with such respect, genuine kindness, & cordiality. From the moment I called to confirm they received my reservation, the gentleman i spoke to was so respectful. unfortunately i have had recent spinal cord and a TBI so my memory has failed me but also lost their cards for the review/article i am writing for Invisible Disabilities Association. They didn’t know this— so i wasn’t getting special treatment. every single employee were honest and sincere, i was not judged one time. amazing conversation with every single one. the facility is immaculate & matches the employees well. customer service plays a huge roll in my life & career as a writer. I also worked in hospitality for years as well. Attn: there’s a major difference between merely going to work to pay the bills and actually be there to hear NOT listen to the guests, reflecting respectable morals. I had a WONDERFUL conversation with the General Manager ( i am so sorry i forgot your name/lost your card!) You not only carry yourself with class & integrity, but you manage your property perfectly & employees are top notch. I wanted to thank you again for facilitating a space where i felt genuinely safe without criticism, whispers, or judgment. Made a major impact on my life with zero exaggeration, it made me cry. PS: I’m adding photos that aren’t in the right places, i forgot the bathroom but it was so beautiful

Trying to get help on the phone was ridiculous. Waited on hold for over 45 minutes only to be told they couldn't help with a reservation question! Seriously. We use Booking.com and if that's a problem on your end then you shouldn't collaborate with them. I also called them and they told me to call the hotel. Neither they or you would help. What kind of system is this?

I have never had a more erratically served meal. I finally cancelled my egg. My associate's bagel didn't arrive until we were completely finished. I was only there for one day, but my associate said her breakfast the second day was fine.
