The room was very clean and neat. I am a clean freak and the staff did an exceptional job cleaning it. Blankets clean. Sheet clean.Mirrors clean w/o streaks. Hallway very clean. I was very please with my room and stay. Kudos to the staff. The gentleman that checked me in was very pleasant and gave me water with my key. The woman who checked me out was pleasant too. The lobby was very clean and beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was just ok. Would be nicer if the sausage was cooked on a griddle or stove top. It was not bad, but it would taste better if cooked differently. I only had 2 sausage and 1 omelet so I cannot comment on other food.

I enjoyed my stay at this Hampton Inn very much. First of all, it is a brand new hotel, and everything is sparkling clean. I appreciated that cleaning wipes are provided for free by the elevators, as an extra touch. The breakfast was very good, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, with everything the modern traveler could need.

I would have appreciated it if tissues and more towels were provided in the room, and that housekeeping was automatically provided each day during my stay (the hotel only provided it every-other day, as an understandable cost-saving measure). The hotel is also not really within walking distance of anything--a car is a necessity in Durham. But these are all minor critiques--I would not hesitate to book here again.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. We always travel with our dog and he was welcomed with a smile and a treat at the counter. The rooms and common areas are very clean.

Our plugs on the nightstand did not work. Also, the A/C makes a horrendous rattling noise when the air comes on. PS...bring your own pillows, the hotel pillows are not the best.

Great location. Staff was excellent. Breakfast included was very good snd a great value. I've never experienced 2 (Home2 and Hampton) hotels operating in the same building. Booking experience was confusing but it actually worked fine. Very nice clean facilities.

Location, amenities and a very good breakfast. The hotel is part Home2 and Hampton —for long and short stay. Lovely large area for for long term residents to play cards, watch Tv, swim, exercise and do laundry.

Ev charging is not provided free. 40 cents kw.

Staff was super nice, the rooms were clean and there were a lot of added little things like games, water, etc.

The area was not safe. Went to get food at McDonald’s twice and both times they weren’t serving due to criminal activity. We also saw some suspicious activity at the KFC.

Very convenient, free and well lit parking, safe area. Hotel is fresh and new with modern facilities and very clean rooms with HUGE showers! Breakfast was excellent with both hot, cold, and to go options.

The bed was rather firm and the water pressure on the 6th floor was not as good as it could have been

The location was close to where I needed to go. The facility was clean and comfortable. The representative (Terry) who checked me in was so nice, helpful and very professional.

Terry at the front desk was wonderful we arrived earlier than anticipated and we were able to check in early. Upon check out we were looking for a cart for luggage and we couldn't find one and Louis offered to find us one and bring it to our room.
