The holiday Inn Express Durham (2516 Guess Rd, Durham, NC 27705) is a fantastic location. The staff are super welcoming and friendly, the room’s clean, the beds are so comfortable, and the breakfast is good. I would certainly recommend staying at this location if you’re in the area.

Maybe ask for a room away from the Highway as I was able to hear it from the second floor room I was in.

The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. It was conveniently located right off the interstate and close to our destination

The breakfast was not good. The veggie egg white Omelets had ham in them when there was plenty of meat beside them for the meat lovers. Everything else was bread and sugar. I just had a banana and left

I think you can have a fabulous hotel but the staff be terrible or an okay hotel and the staff be fabulous. The best parts were the staff and how clean our room was. The price was really good, I hope they don’t increase them. I have no idea why they only have 2 stars and I’m a hard grader!

Breakfast was to pack for me. I would of liked the option of ordering a breakfast to the room. At least till COVID is better controlled. We didn’t even eat there the first day because of the amount of people crammed together. Second day was better and the food was good. We still ate in the room.

No housekeeping We stayed for over a week and had to ask for new towels and housekeeping They claim it's because they are under-staffed, but with the rate per night, they should arrange for rooms to be cleaned on a daily basis.

Loved the room, location and hotel. Good breakfast, too.

We extended the stay for over a week and yet had to insist to get our room cleaned once.Same thing for fresh towels. Housekeeping should happen on a daily basis for the price!

The staff were wonderful! Housekeeping kept everything so clean. The food variety at breakfast was fantastic and tasted like I had cooked it at home.

The only disappointment I found was that they do not have an onsite washer/dryer for the guests. After spending all day dealing with the Nursing Home, it was really tough to have to go to the laundromat when I really wanted to relax.

The breakfast was amazing. There was a nice gentleman that helped me with the pancakes and made sure we had everything we needed.

I honestly can’t name I think that I wasn’t happy with. One of the cleanest if not the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at.

It was close to my training facility

the door key wouldn’t work half the time. we had to get new ones twice. it would work on exterior doors but not the room. may be a reader problem.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly especially the young lady that assisted me at check-in. The outside area was very well lit at night. The location was perfect and convenient to the DPAC.

clean. friendly staff. complimentary HOT breakfast. Dove toiletries. comfy bed. location. it was perfect for what we needed.
